Very quiet hotel with pineyards surroundings. Good outdoor pool which we did not try because it is winter. Nice reception staff.

We are very satisfied with the hotel, from the room to the friendliness. Since our arrival, we have always been very well treated. When the lady at reception found out it was our anniversary, she gave us a gift (fruit and chocolate) prepared by the chef, taken directly to the room. We will definitely be back one day!

Nice hotel with an outdoor area that must be wonderful in summer time. Since it was raining and dark and the hotel was hosting a large party that night there wasn't much to do. Situated in the outskirts of the village, nothing much nearby either. But the staff was very nice. Despite a hundred guests to attend to they where attentive and took their time with us. We had our bikes in a storage room over night. Breakfast was nice and the room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great hotel to stay if you want to visit the south coast line in Portugal. You can easily get access to different cities in the region and it has all the nice amenities to be comfortable for a few days. The breakfast it is very good. The lounge area and bar are very comfortable bothe outdoor and indoor. The swimming pool area it is very tidy. Just perfect to relax.

Clean rooms and breakfast were highlights in a pretty poor overall experience. Surly staff at reception on arrival, delayed admission to rooms with no apology, chipped pool tiles, dirty windows at front. Use of the pool table requires a six euro per hour rental of the balls! Two or three star at most charging four star prices. Town has nothing to offer but broader hinterland stunning.

For the town of Vila Nova de Santo Andre this is the a good place, very friendly and helpful staff, nice clean rooms with good lighting, a nice bar and pool area. The smaking area sort of opens up into the rest of the hotel area, so it can smell a bit smokey. My only real complaint was that we were told the restaurant would be open at 7:30 - but when we went there, they had just seated a large group and turned us away saying they didn't have the staff to serve us! Sadly, it was a Sunday, during Covid, almost all of the restaurants in town were closed - so we ate in bar - a microwave pizza. Breakfast was good on the other hand.

This hotel is not worth the money. It was the worst place we stayed during our three week holiday in Portugal. The food in the buffet was awful, there was a draft coming through the balcony door, making the room freezing at night. The room decor was dated and it wasn’t clean. I don’t understand how this hotel could have 4 stars.

The hotel looks like a retirement house. A bit old from outside and worse inside. The room had a strong smell of cigarettes, though I had non smoking room. The same smell was coming out from air-con.
Sleeping was OK. No safe.
Breakfast had some options. NO traditional pastries such as pastel De nata.
The pool was big and nice. That's probably the nicest thing about the hotel.
As 4 star hotel it had no slippers, no robe, no safe, no toothbrush or body lotion. I would say it should be 2-3 stars.
