Service: The hotel's service attitude is meticulous and patient

Beautiful and amazing hotel. Definitely recommend, I wish the pool area was bigger. I also wish you can walk to the beach but other than that this is a great hotel.

The property was absolute beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant's food was delicious and reasonably priced. However, the main reason I am writing this review is because of the incredible staff. I travel often to different locations, and I have never had a more accommodating and helpful staff. They can't do enough for you. They were above and beyond professional in every way and make you feel so welcomed.

I booked this hotel last minute and I am so glad that I did. First impression, the front desk was welcoming and nice. Our room was spacious, with a partial ocean view, and a comfy king sized bed. My bf and I joked that the bed must have melatonin in it because we would fall asleep quickly. We loved the pool and the deck area although we didn’t get to use it much. We were gone most of the time on excursions. Which is part of the reason we chose this hotel. It was relatively close to the airport, zona colonial, and restaurants. There is also a ******, bar, restaurant, and cafe on the premises as well. I felt comfortable and relaxed during my stay here. I’ll be back again!

It was a clean hotel but my room was not ready until after 5PM. Check in time it's 3 and I got there at 3:15 but my room was not ready. I don't know about the room in the Tower but the Garden View rooms are not worth the price.

Staff was great but the hotel is dated. Looks like a Sovjet build hotel.

The service experience was great. The hotel is in great condition, even though it’s a little bit dated. I would come back if it’s a good offer. Gym was good. Room service had a great menu, and the service was very pleasant both while taking the order and with the delivery.

This is an older style property and it shows. It's conveniently based not far from the colonial district but is in a very rundown part of Santo Domingo. However, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very spacious with great (partial) views of the sea. The pool area is nice (albeit right above a major road) but the pool is less than waist deep, and they pump very loud music from lunchtime onwards. Issue is the clientele which seemed to be mostly wanna-be influencers blasting their own music and taking up most free space taking endless videos and selfies. Food fine but only real restaurant is small and rather soulless. Not a bad hotel but could do with an upgrade.

I stay there every time, wouldn’t change it for nothing! Great service and great rooms. My 5 year old calls it his other house lol.

Pillows were a bit too soft for a comfortable rest.

The property was impeccable. The rooms were comfortable, modern and spotless but that's not what made this stay so satisfying. The service we received from the moment you step on to the property is first class. Pedro at the receiving desk made us feel like we were arriving at our home. What a gentleman, what an asset. He along with everyone else at the property made our stay quite pleasurable. Thank you all for your kindness. Made us feel very special.
