Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay Resort

My recent stay at the Park Hyatt in Sanya exceeded my expectations. The service was great, especially from Allen, the buffet breakfast was fantastic, complete with perfectly cooked roasted ham, homemade breads and pastries. The indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, the beach, and the wonderful surroundings were all immaculate. The design of the hotel and the secluded location made for a very special holiday experience!

One of the best hotels in Sanya!!! During my stay at the hotel, I was extremely impressed with the impeccable service and top-notch maintenance. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and attended to my every need throughout my stay. The room was immaculately clean, and any request I had, whether it was for extra amenities or information about local attractions, was promptly fulfilled with a smile.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views and great facilities. It has one of the best beaches in Sanya. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and Daisy who was assigned to take care of us during our stay was excellent and always available to answer any questions.

A location is very good. The beach it’s so clean. And staff are so friendly. Also breakfast is very various and so delicious. I think park hayatt is the best.

My review is based on the price and quality ratio. Since this resort is one of the most expensive in Sanya, I would certainly expect certain standards: + The rooms and ocean view was nice a clean. The environment, lounges, library are all fascinating especially with several decor of different artists. Breakfast was nice in pair with other international 5 stars brands, the bread was my favorite. Suggesting to go before 8:30am or it will get super crowded. - The service was nonexistent. They barely greet you. It was hard to get proper information even in Chinese At the bar they didn’t even have LEMON, I asked perhaps the restaurant might have had it, but the staff repeatedly mentioned that it was out of stock. Interesting… Mini bar food was poor. Just sweet items Indoor pool changing room locker didn’t work, Everything time I went to take a shower, the shower gel dispenser was empty in both showers and one of the shower didn’t work properly. I would like to mention that we are talking about ‘Park Hyatt’ ‘Private beach’ beds were limited and seems that everyone could go there, since there is another access for the public. Well, overall. The rooms and environment are interesting, however I wouldn’t go back again for the reasons mentioned above….
