The area is a quiet and safe area. Batman cave js closw by and in a safe walking distance. The appartement is spacious and even comes with a large fridge. There is a kitchen and some cooking utensils and cutlery. The bed is very comfortable and there is daily room service. The AC works fantastic. The bathroom is spacious with a shower that has good water pressure. Downsides, the breakfast option is very limiter and the options outside are a bit far. They are about 10 mins walking up and down steep hills.

We really like Noon. New building with security, super organized, clean and well located (5 to 10 minutes walk from Vila Madalena metro station and Santa Marta bakery). The apartment is very comfortable, with an excellent bathroom and kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, intimate lighting, which made the room very cozy. The building has a laundry room, swimming pool and the gym is open 24 hours a day. We really liked everything!

Great and well equipped accommodation. Very good location too. I went to a show at Allianz Parque and found the neighborhood very quiet, I walked to and from the stadium, which is 40 minutes away. It is also close to the Vila Madalena metro, making it easy to access the rest of the city.

A hotel with a different proposal, fewer employees and more independence for the guest. Overall above average, but unfortunately I found structural problems in the bedroom's bathroom (broken and open drain). There is no breakfast. It has paid laundry, a small market and a very beautiful infinity pool. Everything quite clean.

The place is clean, new and exactly like the photos. It has a quality structure, making it ideal for stays of up to 10 days for couples, and also suitable for longer stays, especially for a working person who does not just work from home.
The kitchen allows you to prepare small meals, such as coffee, eggs or heat up something basic. The location is convenient, close to the Vila Madalena metro, however, most bars and restaurants are at least 1km away.
You could at least have a Teflon frying pan and a dish towel, because there's nothing to dry your hands in the kitchen.
We really liked the place and plan to stay here again on our next visit to São Paulo.

Very good stay, the reception attendant was very polite, friendly and attentive, everything was brand new and the location was great, there was a bakery nearby and a metro station as well, the only defect was the acoustics of the rooms, the noise from other rooms and construction sites nearby was a bit annoying Other than that, everything was perfect.
