Extremamente barrulhento, tanto por um ar condicionado velho, tanto pelo barullho 24 horas da avenida 23 de Maio. Nunca mais. Cama horrivel. Extremamente apertado.

Broken toilet seat that was never fixed
Bed sheets had stains on them.
Nowhere to dispose garbage.

I had a booking for several nights. First there was huge problems checking in. Hadnt recieved a door code and reception was clueless regarding checkin. Door code didnt work so got a new room. Smaller and there the AC was not working. Couldnt be fixed so another change of rooms. This time things worked. But door frame kept falling apart. Someone came to fix but he just pushed the door frame back fastened with 1 nail. Asked for more toilet paper and soqp but was told to go buy it ourselves. I think 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 persons 6 nights its a bit little to be honest.

Otimo quarto, porem nao tem nenhum tipo de servico e.nem recepcionista. Funcionou como uma locacao de um apartamento. Precisa melhorar a internet e disponibilizar servicos de alimentação

O local é bom e confortável, porém eu vim com a expectativa de conseguir trabalhar remotamente, mas o meu quarto a internet não funcionava e mesmo conversando com a administração, não foi resolvido este problema.

Flat bem localizado em razão da proximidade do HSPE, check in e check-out tranquilo, pois , tudo feito virtualmente.Único problema foi falta de conexão com internet, fato comunicado aos operadores da Charlie , os quais não resolveram e tampouco fizeram questão em solucionar!

Local bem localizado e acomodações confortáveis. Apenas devemos problemas com o Wi-Fi do nosso apartamento o que foi comunicado na entrada e foi nos redirecionado s internet de outro dos apartamentos com a justifica que logo resolveriam do nosso Ap. Durante os 7 dias da nossa estadia o problema não foi resolvido
