Bathroom: shower in drops, broken glasses entered frozen nine degrees in São Paulo, without counting the lower part of the door cut by where the wind entered. Bed: small but comfortable. Parking: a absurd to charge 15 reals for that garage per day, not being third-party, but from the hotel itself. Hosting: I reserved a couple bed and there was like a single guest. The hotel charged me the difference. You didn't get to work to solve with Booking.com. You said it was a system problem, but I didn't have any fault. I could have been exempt from the 40 real differences, but they didn't care. I decided to leave the hotel.

I have nothing to complain about. All staff are nice and efficient. I haven't been able to use breakfast service, but with regard to cleaning, organization and care, I can qualify everything as a good thing! I was very pleasant and I had no problem with the internet available.
