The location on the map looked good, so I made a reservation. It's okay, but I have to take the stairs every time I go to the city. The view from the terrace is good. Soundproofing is not good.

Nice hotel in the center of Sa Pa. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is typical Vietnamese, i.e. some fruits, rice, pancakes, white bread, juice, etc. Our room offered a great view on Sa Pa and the lake. We only stayed one night, but still we had a great time at the Saparis Hotel and we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Room was spacious for our family of 4. The staff was very helpful to send my son’s ear muffs to the bus station as he left it at the hotel during our check out. Only disadvantage was the climb up to the hotel which will be difficult for those with knee problems. Overall, very pleasant 1 night stay.

Hotel is great clean and friendly helpful staff, however our information got leaked through a “spam email” also avoid using the laundry service they provide as 3 of my T-shirts / shirts have shrunk massively and they don’t fold the clothes just chucked back in the bag

Nice little hotel, good and spacious rooms with very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom with piping hot water. Nice view over SaPa, centrally located No elevator, but very friendly and helpful personnel to carry your luggage and book taxis

Big comfy bed and the AC that could turned into a heater was perhaps the best of this establishment. We had a room with balcony. If there was no fog, we could see the mountain and the big lake of Sapa. The staff was friendly and the shower had really good heated water with good water pressure. The not so good things were some dirty parts in room (coffee cups and dust under the armchair). Then we have the breakfast which could offer a bit more selection. Other than this, the Wifi was super quick.
