It is located in the centre of Sapporo City. 10 minutes walk North you will find JR Sapporo Station and 10 minutes South you will find the busy commercial district of Susukino. If you are travel from the airport, the airport Liner bus stop is right in front of the hotel but the journey will take more than 90 minutes as there are quite a few stops before arriving at the hotel. Room is clean and tidy. Be sure to book the breakfast if available. It costs 3300Yen if pay separately at the hotel but the breakfast at the Northern Terrace is one of the best buffet breakfast I have ever tasted.

The hotel reminded me of New York City's Empire State Building with the Art Deco motif. It's an old classic look which I found to be very appealing. Location wise it's less than 10 minutes on foot from Sapporo station. There are a number of tourist, shopping, nightlife and restaurant spots all within walking distance. The view from the room was spectacular and everything was very clean. The breakfast, especially the waffle station, was delicious and offered a wide variety of western and Asian dishes.

Posh looking hotel tucked in the corner a few streets away from Sapporo station, the hotel looks much different from what pictures tell. Stayed for 2 nights - amenities provided in the hotel room were plentiful with a decent sized bathtub and beds. We want to highlight the reception for being very service oriented, asking if we were on our honeymoon and gave us a free upgrade on the spot. The only inconvenience would be the lack of a free onsen facility but I'll have to consider the rest of the hotel a win.

This may be the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in during my time in Japan; the design is modern, the buffet is wonderful (although a little pricy) and the view of Odori park was great. I especially enjoyed the bath, as it was separate from the toilet, which is rare for smaller hotel rooms in this country. The staff were very kind and understanding, as I had asked for my luggage to be held until 3 pm but I didn’t retrieve it till much later with no issue. I stayed in the standard queen room and got more than I expected. Would recommend heartily!

Cancel the other hotel to continue stay for total of 4 days. Due to lazy to move from each hotel to each hotel under the snow period. But regret it. Because I don’t feel welcome by the staffs at all. They not willing to go for extra mile to assist on storage luggage. Not willing to have more customers service with guests. Don’t think will return to this hotel again. There are more choice surrounding this area. Weak point is; room have to sound proof. Wear earpiece as the top room/ corridor can be very noisy/ staffs not friendly

I stayed for 2 nights from August 2nd (Tuesday) 8 weeks ago. How long will it take from Sapporo Station? While thinking, I went a little detour, but I passed a safe road aiming for a large landmark. Once I knew the location, I arrived immediately after the next. I couldn't see it from the room, but it was close to the main street park and the illumination of the TV tower was beautiful. I didn't use the dining room because it was this time, but I didn't have a hard time eating because there was a convenience store nearby after leaving the hotel. Unlike the local Hiroshima and Tokyo on the way, the ground wave was quite cool and easy to spend! On the contrary, the underground shopping mall was hot (＞ _ ＜) It was a pity that the key was not a card (^-^;

Nice modern looking hotel that is easily accessible through underground walkway from Sapporo JR Station (can take Exit 3 Miredo/Sitatte building and it's just short walk above ground from there). Room was compact for family of 4 but other than that, was totally great. New, modern looking with internet connected TV, so we could access YouTube for non-Japanese content. Hotel is also near attractions like Sapporo TV Tower, Clock Tower, Government Office, etc. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed 3 nights in this hotel, we booked a room type NORD, a twin room for a couple and a 9 yrs old kid. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom has luxurious shower head and bathtub. Unlimited free coffee at the lobby, 1 free glass of wine per day, vending machine, coin laundry, bathroom amenities all well provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed their help to make a phone call in japanese and it was done and arranged perfectly. Location was great, 2 mins walk from exit 24 of Sapporo Subway Station and Family Mart is right behind it. Tokyu Department store with Uniqlo, GU and Big Camera just right across the street. The only down side would be it doesn’t have a very great view, but the price was really budget friendly too. Really enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommend this hotel during winter as it’s connected to Sapporo Station for your daily commute and meals! Do travel via GF to hotel with luggages as from B1 there are flight of stairs you have to carry your luggage up and down. Room was spacious, enough for us to open up 3 big luggages with a room of 3 sleeping. Staff were friendly and responsive! The underground walkway can link through to Odori station too!

I wanted to spend a relaxing time, so I made a plan with all-you-can-view VOD and checked in at 15:00. Had a two night stay in this hotel in December 2022. The hotel was easy to find just next to the main Sapporo station, not too far from the Diamaru department store. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Check in was done efficiently. The room wasn’t very big, but a bit bigger than other Japanese inner city hotels I have visited. It was a cold cold day in Sapporo, and the hotel room was v warm- which was great! There was a free breakfast included, which mostly consisted of bread, eggs, yoghurt, cereals, various juices, and tea/ coffee. It was more than adequate and the environment was nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to others too.
