Service is great! People are very professional & friendly!

It's close to Odori Station and it's convenient to take the tram. The room is small and spacious. I borrowed an extension cord, and the front desk staff brought it to me right away.

It is one of the hotels located about 2-3 minutes walk from Odori Park, and I think it is a very suitable hotel for sightseeing and touring Sapporo city. On the other hand, the nearest station is a tram station, and it is not a station that can be used without changing trains from Sapporo Station. One of the drawbacks is that it is far from Sapporo Station and Odori Station. If you have large luggage and want to access it smoothly from Sapporo Station, it may be better to take a taxi. The entrance, front desk, and other furnishings all have a slightly worn-out impression, but there is an antique atmosphere and it is a comfortable space. The customer service of the staff is generally good, and I think you will rarely feel uncomfortable. Each room is generally kept clean, but the bathrooms were slightly less clean. On the other hand, it is a little more reasonable than the surrounding hotels, and each room is relatively large, so opinions may be divided on whether to overlook that or not. Nowadays, many hotels use card keys to use the elevator and enter the rooms, but this hotel uses a physical key. It is not a hotel that I do not recommend at all, but at least it is not one that I would recommend first. Compared to surrounding hotels, I think this is the hotel to consider as your next option if the hotel closest to your ideal is fully booked or too expensive. Although the facilities are not new, they are adequate and clean. The reception staff was polite and gave a good impression. The location is not too far to walk to Sapporo Station (I actually walked there).

The location is close to the streetcar stop and Odori Subway Station, and Odori Park and Tanukikoji are also nearby, making it a convenient place. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was big and clean. I was a little sick on the first day, so when I asked for an early check-in, they kindly accommodated me. However, I don't know if it was early at the breakfast venue or because it was the only one, but I was worried that it was a little chilly. (I went in light clothes on the first day, so I couldn't relax.) The front desk is polite and I think it's a very good hotel. I would like to use it next time if there is an opportunity.
