The kitchen was very convenient, and the fridge was a great bonus. The bedding was clean, and having lockers available was really helpful. There's also storage space for skis and other equipment. A convenience store and ramen shop are nearby, and it's not far from the station.

The owner was very kind; they drove me to the station every morning, and there was always someone at the front desk, even when I returned late at night.

Excellent! It has a very hostel-like vibe with comfortable common areas where I could chat with other travelers in the evenings. The staff were also very friendly, engaging in conversations and recommending great attractions and restaurants. This hostel is a must-stay for travelers who enjoy interacting with others.

A very good accommodation experience. Initially, we didn't specify our gender if we had friends with the same type of skiing, which caused the landlady to assign us to the wrong side of the beds. However, she smoothly put us back in the girls' area. This time, we chose a single backpacker room with a lower bunk. It had a small table, and the clothes hangers and chairs were self-service, which was very convenient. The mattress was a bit firm, but we were still able to sleep well after skiing when we were exhausted. A minor drawback was that people taller than 165cm might bump their heads on the ceiling. Regarding transportation, it's a bit far from the JR station, but you can take a taxi or bus. We went to Teinu Ski Resort, and the hotel provided a shuttle service, which was very convenient. Breakfast included two slices of toast per person with various sauces. The most unique feature was that if you stayed for several nights and chose not to make your bed the next day, you would receive an extra 100 yen gift certificate, which could be used to buy snacks or instant noodles in the lobby – a fantastic feature.

This is a relatively small youth hostel, primarily with enclosed bunk beds. It's very clean, and each guest has a small desk for writing. Folding stools are available for borrowing if needed. The facilities are quite complete. The service was very friendly. Even though I don't speak Japanese, I managed to chat with them using a translation app. The lady at the front desk used to teach abacus and plays table tennis in her spare time. The next day, a man drove us to our destination. Thank you very much. I'll definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel. The only negative was the late check-in, but otherwise, very good. The staff was very friendly.

The best choice for solo travelers to Teine skiing. It is about a 15-minute walk from Teine Station. You can ask the boss to drive you back and forth. The staff are very friendly. There is also a daily shuttle that can be booked to the ski resort. The nearby hot springs are also great

A very nice family hotel, about 850 meters walk from Teine station. There is a large parking lot and a small kitchen. The towels and toothbrushes in the shower room are disposable and very clean. The hotel has its own small supermarket with the same prices as convenience stores. The hot spring restaurant is about 600 meters away from the hotel, where you can eat barbecue after soaking in the hot spring.
