It's hygienic and clean. The location is not close to the station but right next to the shopping street, people who like to drink and eat will like it very much. 7-11 and Aeon are conveniently nearby. Most of the hotel staff do not understand English, making communication very difficult for tourists. It is recommended that there should be further strategic improvements in employee training.

Hot spring was very good, i like outside hot spring, comgortable room, neat and tidy! Close to狸小路， a bit far from subway station

Enjoyed the spa on the 13th floor . Room is abit small. Location is genetally acceptable

Such a cozy room for us to stay in for 8 nights! Will choose to go back again if possible. Definitely up to standard!!

In general all good, clean and modern hotel room set up. But service need to improve, some staff not understand English well and not really helpful when the taxi I called came late, asked them to reconfirm and they just tell me to wait. I asked hotel to book a taxi for me to the airport, it was a small local traditional taxi, hardly fit in my 3 suitcases and other hand carries. Newly open hotel, I would expect the service to be more thoughtful and caring to customers.

Location was great, nearby got 7-11, supermarket, and many major landmarks, hotel got parking, nearby also provide a lot of parkings too, nice for those who rent cars

Location is great where you can walk to the main shopping street! The room is clean but small. Although hotel's parking lot is limited, there are plenty of outdoor parking around the hotel. Check in and check out process is technological. You can use the machine for self check in. Hotel lobby offers a gentle atmosphere for guest's leisure life.

Perfect location for shopping the Tanukikoji Shopping Street, staffs are supportive to clarify anything which I wanted as a customer. However, breakfast can be skipped as quality is general. There is many places to eat around.
