Posh looking hotel tucked in the corner a few streets away from Sapporo station, the hotel looks much different from what pictures tell. Stayed for 2 nights - amenities provided in the hotel room were plentiful with a decent sized bathtub and beds. We want to highlight the reception for being very service oriented, asking if we were on our honeymoon and gave us a free upgrade on the spot. The only inconvenience would be the lack of a free onsen facility but I'll have to consider the rest of the hotel a win.

Vessel Hotels never disappoint when you are looking for a simple business hotel to stay in and particularly so for a solo traveller like i am. The room was small but clean and the breakfast was delicious - just look at it 😍 Everything tasted fresh and it was advertised as once being no. 4 in the country!

Stayed 3 nights in this hotel, we booked a room type NORD, a twin room for a couple and a 9 yrs old kid. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom has luxurious shower head and bathtub. Unlimited free coffee at the lobby, 1 free glass of wine per day, vending machine, coin laundry, bathroom amenities all well provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed their help to make a phone call in japanese and it was done and arranged perfectly. Location was great, 2 mins walk from exit 24 of Sapporo Subway Station and Family Mart is right behind it. Tokyu Department store with Uniqlo, GU and Big Camera just right across the street. The only down side would be it doesn’t have a very great view, but the price was really budget friendly too. Really enjoyed our stay.

Former 々 I stayed for 2 nights with a high-rated review. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were substantial, the cleanliness, the breakfast buffet and the word of mouth were wonderful. I think it's a quality that's not surprising even if it's double the price. If I dared to be worried about only one point, there were group guests who seemed to be salaried men and students of sports club activities, but they talked loudly in the bathroom or sauna, and after the sauna, they didn't even hang water. I'm in the cold bath I saw several insane people, such as making noise in the hallway. I think this is not a hotel problem, but a customer problem, but on the assumption that some people are such insane, they should be warned especially to group guests at check-in. I hope you will write an easy-to-understand note in the bathroom. I will use it when I go to Sapporo again. Thank you very much.

Cancel the other hotel to continue stay for total of 4 days. Due to lazy to move from each hotel to each hotel under the snow period. But regret it. Because I don’t feel welcome by the staffs at all. They not willing to go for extra mile to assist on storage luggage. Not willing to have more customers service with guests. Don’t think will return to this hotel again. There are more choice surrounding this area. Weak point is; room have to sound proof. Wear earpiece as the top room/ corridor can be very noisy/ staffs not friendly

We stayed in nine hotels during our six week Winter visit to Japan; this hotel was the third most stylish but the second most uncomfortable. The corner double room has the right look with a little tea room next to a floor to ceiling window. We had a partial view of the Botanical Gardens which was pretty. The room was uncomfortable for the following reasons: 1. No storage. The room fit out is super minimal but if you have luggage there's nowhere to put it and no hanging space. 2. The designer was going for a zen low lighting experience but the room was so dark we couldn't see anything. There is one dim lamp next to the bed and another low light overhead light. It was so dark we had to borrow desk lamps to be able to see into our suitcases. Maybe the designer was trying to create a moody atmosphere but we found it dreary and depressing. 3. The thermostat has no fine controls - the room was either way too hot or very cold. We chose to turn the heat off and borrow extra blankets and wear extra layers. We chose the corner double room which despite being one of the larger rooms, felt too cramped for a four day stay. The onsen was stylish and cool. The outdoor onsen was set in cute snowscape. Having an onsen with snow around you felt very luxe. Unfortunately this hotel attracts a certain young, nouveau riche clientele who take selfies endlessly in this Instagram ready hotel. There were men taking photos of themselves in the onsen on two occasions; I felt like my privacy had been violated as I was in the same bath. It upset me they didn't respect me enough to abstain from taking video footage. Did they do that just because my partner and I were clearly not Japanese? We enjoyed the authentic breakfast, although I feel like having it once probably would have been enough. The location of the hotel was a bit of a dead zone, unless you love walking there are probably more central locations. If you can't speak Japanese the staff are just OK. I was overcharged and managed to get a refund even despite the language barrier. I would not stay at this hotel again but I did enjoy certain aspects of my stay.

This hotel was close to Shin-Sapporo station - NOT Sapporo station. The location was find for us. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, the price was right and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would just caution that Trip.com was extremely strict with the window for cancellation. Our CEO became ill and could not come on the trip. We had pre-paid for the room. I logged in on Friday afternoon, but it was Saturday in Sapporo and I was 3 hours late on cancellation. So, we had to pay anyway ---- for four nights!!! It seems there should at least be an option to get a refund for part of that....but NOOOOO!!!

In the past, I haven't had the best experience at Wyndham hotels. However, Wyndham Garden Sapporo Odori was INCREDIBLE. The hotel was super clean, the breakfast had a small variety of food (but delicious nonetheless), and the service was incredible. Service: Takuichi Sugiyama went above and beyond to serve us, and I genuinely have not met someone who works so hard and takes great pride in his work in such a long time. He was super friendly, always happy to help whenever we needed something, and you could tell he knew everything about the hotel and Sapporo in general — he even helped us ship our luggage to the airport and to our other hotels by doing all the paperwork for us. Kawaguchi Kiyohara was also extremely friendly and helped wherever she could! I don't think I could ask for better service. Attractions: The hotel is in a great spot! It's just a block away from Tanukikoji Shopping Street 1-2 and it's super easy to get around with the tram and trains quite close. Cleanliness and Decor: I loved how everything was new, and I loved the dark aesthetic (it made the rooms feel cosier — great in my case since we stayed in the middle of winter). The room was a tad smaller than what I'm used to, but again, I loved how cosy it was, and there was still enough space for me. One small thing that I noticed was the lingering smell of cigarettes in the lobby as you walked to the elevators. It wasn't until later on that I realised there was a smoking room at the end of the bathroom hallway. I really despise the smell of cigarettes, and it bothered me any time I returned to the hotel at night — perhaps, something could be done about this? This was the only thing I disliked; everything else, I have no complaints about. I would 100% stay here again.

The bath looks beautiful new unit bath, but the drainage is packed with a lot of hair, and the flow is terrible, and I took a lot of hair with tissue. ２ On the day, when I returned to the room, the room was cleaned and towels were replenished. However, there is hair on the futon. .. .. It's different from my hair color and length, so it's definitely not mine. I don't think it's a purity, but I didn't like picking up the hair of a person who didn't know many times in the room. I think it's cheap and good if you just stay, but the people at the front desk feel bad, it's mushy, and I don't think I'll go again. I think the location is very good. The room on the road side can hear a lot of outside sounds in the middle of the night and the footsteps on the upper floor.

A veritable cozy villa, every part of the house is well-designed, the rooms are large, clean and comfortable, like a home, all kinds of living facilities are readily available. Although it is a bit away from the city center, the transportation is convenient. Take the subway north-south line to the terminal station Makomani, and out of the station, there is a bus No. 90 south to the resort. The boss is super nice and attentive and attentive. He drove us to the subway exit to pick us up to the villa. He also took us to the free bus near the Makomanai subway entrance to Toyohira Gorge Hot Spring. highly recommended!
