Recently we were allowed to travel outside Aomori prefecture. We booked plane tickets and hotel 3 days in advance. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by professional and friendly staff. Our temperatures were taken and all Covid precautions were maintained. Our room was spacious with a view of the mountains and a river. Bathroom was large with separate shower and bathtub. Robes and slippers were provided. Our stay included breakfast and it was delicious. Especially the made to order omelettes. Fresh fruit, vegetables, sweet breads and meats plus several Japanese traditional breakfast items were offered. Plastic gloves are given to use for the self serve items. Every morning we received a warm greeting and coffee from the manager. Everyone in the dining room and hotel made us feel welcomed. The hotel has a bus that shuttles every hour to the main Sapporo train station and shopping center. This was a great benefit of the hotel. We will go back and stay for the winter festival! We were on the 9th floor.

The room is too dusty that we couldn't sleep if we don't open air purifier to strong wind. I couldn't sleep on 1st night until 5am. I'm not satisfied with the food quality if it is such a high price, for both dinner at Japanese restaurant and breakfast buffet on G/F.

Great place! Excellent breakfast! Good service! The hotel is short walk from nakajima koen station, we selected this hotel so we can still see cherry blossoms and it was worth it. The hotel itself is a bit old but still very clean and in good condition. Breakfast includes different varieties of japanese and french pastries. Staffs are very accommodating and courteous. If you have the budget must try 21club wagyu steak.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel as it was planned within the itinerary. Even though it seemed to be quite near to amenities, it was pretty hard for us to walk so far during snowy days. Unlike the hotels we stayed in other parts of Hokkaido, this hotel has limited amenities. We had to walk out to the nearest convenience store, about 10 mins brisk walk away, to get some food and drinks in late night. Room is comparatively smallest amongst the hotels we stayed in this trip. Can only say that this hotel meet minimum needs. Service and cleanliness wise, it is not bad.

But when I got there, I saw the environment around the hotel and the facilities inside it was right for me. There is a supermarket and a subway station less than 100 metres away. The surroundings are relatively quiet, not far from the subway Shiraishi Station, and there are also nearby New Chitose Airport buses passing by, and the traffic is quite convenient, but it is definitely not as good as Sapporo Station and Odori area. Pure self check-in, no front desk staff. The room size is quite large and the facilities are complete. Compared with the hotel, there is one more kitchen, but the air conditioner seems not very good. Although Sapporo is very cool at night, the air conditioner is not just needed. There is a piece of Japanese paper on the window. The general idea is that the window cannot be opened, but the following instructions are not understood. It is recommended that at least one English version be added. The main shortcoming is probably the toilet, which is super easy to block, the bath time is a little longer, and the water comes up. I also hope that the homeowner will pay attention to this problem.
