Holiday Village Turkiye

Turkey holiday village is an outstanding resort for all ages and dynamics. It's a hug between within the Sarigerme mountains, which are visible from all angles of the site: from the plush beach bar where Elif will make you a freshly rolled Turkish pancake, or the shady pools between the pine trees, or from the conga line at the main activity pool. If buffet dinners aren't your thing, you have choice of 3 a la carte restaurants for any night of your stay. Thank you Hamdi and Ayse for your kind hospitality on the many Mediterranean meals from your exquisite balcony, alongside the nesting swallows. The HV team are exceptionally talented, my children were inspired by Matty's vocals and Neil's funny compering. We'll be back next year x

Pros - Great swimming pools (plus some slides) - Great food - Great beach (although the hotel lacks a daytime beach bar) Cons - Poor drinks (cocktails quickly made with pre-mixed syrup) - Evening entertainment largely consists of competitions between the guests. Far too much of this imo. -No ice cream available in the restaurant buffet

Visited this hotel a few times over the past 10 years and its sister hotel next door Tui Blue. Booked 2 ‘standard rooms’ at the holiday village arrived at 10.30pm to be told they wanted to upgrade us to 2 suites at the Tui Blue. After a conversation it was confirmed the hotel was full and no room for us. We were assured we were getting a much better room if we moved and spent the next hour viewing these suites next door but how could we refuse if no rooms available at the village? Rooms were also not near each other!!!Eventually got settled missing the last of all inclusive but still paying a premium for the night!!!! Upon viewing the website I have discovered that the suite we have been upgraded to is 32m2 with a double bed and additional bedding sleeping 2/3 in the children’s area. The exact same spec as the standard room in the village that we booked. Not happy at lies being told!

Had the best time here can not fault it one bit! Food mint something for everyone and pretty on all day, entertainment for kids and adults all day, staff are all nice, room cleaned daily only just got home and rebooking for next year. Never been to Turkey before will be returning if your planing a family holiday you can't go wrong here

We had a great time at the holiday village, so much going on for the children, lots of pools to choose from whether you want the activity pool or a quieter pool. everywhere was kept so clean!! Food was amazing, we have been to a lot of all inclusive and I would say this was up there with the best! I never had a cold meal from the buffet they was always preparing fresh and putting it out, room where spacious and kept very clean by our cleaner Ummu. The tui reps here do not stop!! I take my hats off to you guys! Always smiling and saying hello to everyone and it must be exhausting being so active all day every day. There was an issue with the sunbeds however on our last day we noticed the hotel had purchased loads more new beds! So even though you are a little like sardines, it's better than laying on the floor and not having a bed. My only couple of issues would be that when you wanted to have an early night we could still here the entertainment really loud and our room was out of the way of the theatre and bar area, I would say maybe turn the music and mics down slightly after 10pm so families with younger children can sleep, also the blinds in the rooms are shocking! We had to put towels over the windows to block the light out. Apart from them 2 small details, we had the best family holiday and would come back! Thank-you guys!

Such an amazing hotel! The best!!! Myself & family absolutely love this hotel, this was our third visit & it didn’t disappoint again! From start to finish the staff really couldn’t do more for you! Both my little ones have allergies and the restaurant manager Ezra and her team were fantastic! They cooked my children’s food fresh & checked in to see if they were ok. This meant we could relax and not worry about reactions which they didn’t have on the two week holiday we had which is amazing! The cleaners were so friendly and always made an effort to talk to us when we’re were around. All the staff really make this hotel so special. The staff at meal times are fantastic they are always trying to help making your holiday so relaxing. Muyseer is such a lovely woman who works at meal times, she was so helpful & you could see worked so hard! She made my children feel so comfortable & happy! The tui staff are also fantastic! Every one of them worked super hard and always were so friendly and helpful! The kids club staff made my child feel really comfortable and confident to attend the groups & the crèche team truly are fantastic they made our holiday! We really enjoyed the new team day they celebrate on a Friday starting in 2024 great addition to the week! 100% recommend this hotel, already can’t wait to go back!!

I agree with everything that Zoe W said in her review. The Entertainment team should tone it down, especially the young lady who oversees the pool party, she is far too loud and brash, and there is no escaping the overly loud music. Also perhaps parents could supervise their children in the Dining Room, we were horrified to see children picking food up, and putting it straight back down again, one little horror even dipped his finger in a chocolate mousse, and left it on the shelf with not a parent in sight. I was hit twice by footballs being kicked around the pool, once with a parent kicking it, take your children on the beach to play football, not around a crowded pool. It just appeared that some parents didn,t care who looked after their children as long as they didn't have to! Having said that, the Hotel itself was clean, the Staff very good, apart from the Tui Reps who were useless, and the food was the best we have ever had anywhere. Pity that the Dining Room was noisy and chaotic. We have been to the Holiday Village three or four times before, but will not be returning.

After visiting the holiday village in the previous years of 2017/18 I found myself very excited to return however a few times for this trip I have been left with disappointment! This is not to do with the staff or the actual hotel, the rooms were clean and the cleaners were more than helpful every single day the food options are insane for every single allergy and food type for the most part and I would rate my holiday highly on that however I did have a few issues. Obviously this is a family resort and the kids club and tui reps were amazing at keeping children entertained all day and the early evening, honestly at times slightly louder than would be appreciated but this didn’t bother me too much, however if you are coming for a relaxing holiday DONT. The big bong bingo is on every single day and despite the beach being a wee walk away you can hear it blaring through the entire resort would recommend it wasn’t done every single day and instead 2/3 times a week to ensure some sort of peace for people. The evening entertainment has changed from the previous which I used to enjoy a lot however it may just not be my cup of tea and it is still enjoyable however the amount of kids from ages of 1-10 at the evening entertainment (adults) made it slightly less enjoyable, the main issue I had was the fact they were allowed to run around and kick footballs at you and on so and their parents wouldn’t say a word. It was the adults entertainment at 10.45pm they were totally disturbing it for everyone it really put a downer on the evening entertainment for me. Despite this I have a positive for the acro act on a Saturday night that is very good, however there is still this constant issue of children running around in front of you and the poor tui rep had to keep telling the children to go back to their parents and not climb on the stage. The resort has amazing potential to be a 5 star resort the staff are amazing the issue is the people who don’t treat the experience fairly, for example last night when trying to get some food for the buffet I was nearly knocked off my feet twice by group of children running around with no adults in the adults section despite there being a children’s buffet they all came down and one wee girl smashed her plate and on so just complete chaos at dinner time due to a lack of children being supervised. My main positive of this review is the helpful staff but most importantly the pancake lady she is a credit to the holiday village couldn’t be a kinder more nice soul than her. Also when many kids were throwing up in the lobby around 11pm (parents again no where to be seen) the cleaners were quick to clean up. The resort in itself is spotless and staff couldn’t be nicer it’s just the levels of rudeness coming from other guests that got under my skin, for example me and my partner reserved beds early for our last day and despite this not being allowed every single person does it. A wonderful holiday in Holiday village Turkey. The food is very tasty, varied, lots of seafood. Everything is fresh, everything is perfectly decorated. The rooms are very cosy and clean, the bedding is changed every few days. A la carte restaurants are great. In particular, I would like to mention the Mediterranean restaurant. The food is very tasty, beautifully served. But most of all, I was impressed by the attitude and professionalism of the staff. Hamdi, the head of this restaurant, impressed us with his hospitality and kindness. In addition to excellent advice about the menu, we enjoyed talking to him. A very open, positive and pleasant person. We would like to return to this restaurant not only for the great menu, but also for the wonderful people who work here. Thank you very much, Hamdi. I would also like to mention the staff of the spa salon. Very high quality services, good prices and attitude. Manager Jem very professionally managed to choose the necessary procedures for us, in addition to pleasure, we received a great health effect. Thank you all very much for everything. We definitely will return here.
