The hotel is in a good local, near to the main spots. It.is possible to go walking and visit the places

🍃Environment: The room facilities are not very old because it has been opened for less than three years. Normal wear and tear rate. The design of the building is very good. Compared with other downtown hotels, it is much quieter at night. 🚗 Transportation: The entrance is the station. It is very convenient for scad students to live here 🧹Hygienic: During the epidemic period, alcohol cotton pads will be provided for staying in. If the stay is connected, no daily cleaning service will be provided. Only the garbage and new bath towels will be taken out. 🔔Service: The service is still very good. If you have any requirements, the front desk will try its best to meet

Every member of the staff from housekeeping to front desk to food service was extremely capable and friendly. The property was clean and the room layout was clever. I would stay there again for sure. I did not love the location. It was near a bus station so a few people milling about, but I never felt unsafe.

Cool, swanky and modern spot with all the amenities we needed, responsive, friendly staff and even a nice 24/7 indoor pool, and a billiards table and games in the lobby. It was a quick walk to all the fun of downtown Savannah. I'd definitely stay here again!

Excellent professional service from staff. Our room was comfortable and spotless. Love the loft style. Will definitely stay with Aloft when we visit Savannah again in the future.

I have stayed at other Alofts that were great. This location just did not get it - service in certain areas were terrible. The food at the bar was terrible - menu items were not available as well as wine items. Front desk personnel were helpful did not exhibit any type of friendliness !!! I have always gotten great service and value from Marriott but this location was way under the average.

Visiting Savannah with my elderly mom and aunt. We found Aloft by googling "hotel with indoor pool in the historic district" and Aloft is what came up. The pool was great! The water was warm and had a shower and also a work out room attached. The beds were comfy. The location was great. Very close to the city market. The staff were all very helpful and kind and very accommodating to mom's mobility issues and even lent us a wheel chair for her use while we were there. Shout out to Kernny and Chantal (not 100% on her name, but the only woman valet), who were so wonderful!

It was an okay location. One issue i had was they never mentioned anything about paying for parking per day until i was ready to check out. And the amount charged at the bar on my receipt was not the amount taken from my wifes account.

Overall good. The valet guys were great. Keep in mind there is a 35 dollars a day to park there

Parking is not included and the only thing offered is valet at $35 per in/out. They charge everytime you go in and out which is absurd. Will never stay or recommend this property. Stay away from these crooks!

The staff were all very sweet and accommodating, however our room was stuffy and hot, the refrigerator was noisy, and surrounding rooms were loud maybe due to poor insulation. Unfortunately it was my least favorite Aloft.

Perfect location to walk around. Modern and clean. But bare bones. You’re not going to get anything brought up to the room. Everyone who worked there were warm, friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The only complaint is that the walls seem super thin and we could hear everything in the room next door.

The hotel was clean, modern and really cute. We felt very comfortable staying there. Convinently located near to the downtown area of Savannah!! We Loved it!

We loved our stay. It was so close to walk to every place we wanted to go. I just didn’t realize that the pet fee was $50.00 a night.
