The price-performance ratio is super high, and the lease is renewed directly.
The room is spacious, the office is large, and the kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils, microwave, oven, and large refrigerator.

Unassuming lobby, very small, but the room was great. Clean, spacious, modern. Staff was nice. Convenient if you are going to O'Hare.

The property and everything was nice. The shuttle drivers were very helpful. The only thing I disliked about the whole experience is finding out at check-in that we had to pay a $50 deposit. It was not stated at all before that.

A great place if you dont want to drive anywhere. They charge for parking, no breakfast. They tell you to go to dunkin donuts. Great place for over night stay, not for longevity.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times in preparation for an early morning fight out of O’Hare. Nothing fancy, but clean. They now charge $10 a night for a guest to park there which is ridiculous.

Front desk staff (Amari?) super helpful and early am staff as well. Thanks for hiring awesome front of the house staff! Very comfortable stay, great shuttle staff. Would def stay again.

Everything went well. No complaints. The hotel now charge 10 dollars to park now then before you didnt have to pay to park

Stayed during an extended layover. Location and airport shuttle where very convenient, and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on! Our only regret is we weren’t able to sleep on it more due to our early flight.

Every room that the hotel switched too had plumbing issues they tvs did not work in either room carpet had a smell to it as well

the female at front desk wasnt that helpful kinda noisy no where to eat the snacks you had was expensive paying for parking is ridiculous on top of that you charge tax on parking really?

Clean. Quiet. Friendly staff. Thermostat was inoperative. $10 for parking on site for one night, just include it with room price, hate separate charges. Overall good for the price, would stay again.
