The lobby was very basic and there was a coffee maker there with an empty pot. Why mention it? There was no coffee maker in the room, so if you want coffee, you need to walk to one of the three conference store gas stations nearby. The desk clerk however was very friendly. The room was neat and clean. However there was no couch or lounge chair but a big empty space. The desk area had 2 old style school chairs. There was a fridge and microwave but no ironing board or blow dryer and again, no coffeemaker. Soap was provided but nothing else in the way of toiletries; no shampoo, conditioner nor lotion, so bring your own as we did. There was a leak in the bathtub but it was no inconvenience. The big factor that helped in our decision to stay here was they are dog friendly and don't charge a fee for pets.
