Price performance ratio is okay. Hotel restaurant is a bit old, a breath of fresh air would be good. The rooms were clean, the seating furniture clearly showed its age and wasn't very appetizing. Despite the proximity to the main road and motorway, the noise was bearable. I personally found the prices in the restaurant to be too high for the service. My schnitzel with fries and “extra” sauce cost €21.50. The schnitzel really wasn't even good snack quality. My partner had gnocchi variations, which were quite okay. What I saw at the neighboring tables also looked pretty decent. We would definitely stay overnight again, but not eat...

After several visits to the restaurant at the Mittlers Hotel, the food remained consistently great and the service got progressively worse and even very aggressive. We have often noticed that the lady in service is overwhelmed and not very friendly and yet we returned because of the good food, until today the last straw came: The younger service lady really showed us that We weren't welcome because we wanted to eat inside and she often explained to us that she was alone and often forgot and even ignored us. Until the last time, when her boss even came along and she totally freaked out and reacted very unprofessionally and meanly and even said that if we didn't like it, then we could leave and look for another restaurant. That's exactly what we do because there are very good restaurants in the area with friendly service that really appreciate well-paying and loyal customers. Unfortunately, the restaurant at the Mittlers Hotel cannot be recommended due to the unfriendly service.
