The man who checked us in and managed the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. He even gave the kids little teddy bears! The process was so easy and the happy hour is such a nice touch!

I arrived before check in time with luggage. I was allowed to check in with no extra charge when the desk agent found a room that was ready. So appreciated!

Great location near great restaurants. Only 30 minutes from the airport.
Could use some sprucing up in the courtyard area. But still nice.

All 5 stars for this, except for "comfort" and that's only because the pillows were horribly flat and uncomfortable. They are feather pillows that notoriously go flat, so I'm not a fan in general. If you love flat feather pillows, you'll love them! That said, that's just a tiny preference thing. All in all, I LOVED this place and will definitely return. 4.99 stars deducting only for the pillows. :)

Staff is super nice and free breakfast and happy hour every day made for a perfect meeting spot with family and friends
3rd visit in 2 years, wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Scottsdale

Property is overall very good. Love the Nicolas’s courtyard with pool and hot tub. We had a room with a cabana which was awesome!! Rooms are a little dated but overall very clean with amble space. Breakfast is continental with eggs, pancakes, breads and fruit. This property is a great location in Scottsdale just minutes away from Scottsdale quarter and old Scottsdale.
