Fast quick check in and check out, the service was friendly while being very professional. Great price, and location. Straight shot down on Sunrise Highway to merge on to Belt Parkway and get to JFK. The room was very cleanly and the whole hotel has a great 1950s retro ambience to it. Pool maintain though we didn’t go in. Looks fun. will stay here again as I have done so before and never had a bad experience. Staff is great. Highly recommend camp beat the Location vast array of restaurants and activities on Sunrise Highway. great staff great hotel. Great price!

Good beds. Free breakfast. Sometimes didn't have no cereal other then raisin bran or none at all. Bagels and mini muffins either apple or orange juice switch each day.. didn't use pool, too cool. Upstairs hall smelled of MJ.the first two night's. Housekeeping was good. Some units need updating.

Not very well maintained. Bathroom small and out dated. Breakfast was not the best but we were not allow the eat in our rooms like a military unit. Rooms not properly clean

We have stayed at the Ramada on quite a few occasions when catching a flight out of JFK. It’s been fine. I wouldn’t mind having a choice of what floor I’d prefer as we are senior citizens.

Staff was overwhelmed. Mattress was way past replacement time. It was extremely uncomfortable. On top of that the heating/AC unit was obnoxiously loud.

This visit was a bad experience. At check-in the room clearly had not been swept or mopped. The counters & furniture had not been cleaned and were visibly dirty/stained. The refrigerator did not work, and staff never came to address it. But the worst of the experience was the staffs refusal to even "attempt" to correct any of the aforementioned. A change of similar room (or upgrade) was denied, no one was sent to check the fridge (*as promised), and no one was sent to address the cleaning, after I made a clear complaint to the front desk regarding it. In fairness, I've stayed here before and this is not the typical condition of their rooms Or customer service, but this was a bad visit.
