Pros: For the most part it was good. Good clean room, mostly friendly staff, safe premises.
Cons: during an annual? Or bi-annual fire alarm inspection, I was told the fire dept guy did not need to come into my room and just needed to press a button right by my door on the inside.
I was surprised when mngmt knocked on the door and the lady was not friendly at all and shrugged me off when I said hello, and the fire dept guy came swooping straight into my room to get to the smoke alarm in the middle of the ceiling. When I said I was told he didn't have to come into the room like this, I was shrugged off again and was completely ignored by the lady from mngmt.
After they left I heard her knock on the room next to mine and she greeted the ppl with a very friendly attitude and asked them how they were doing, were they enjoying their stay. I was aghast at the stark contrast between the way I was treated and the way the guests in the next room were treated. If I remember correctly the mngr's name was Debbie, she had long dark hair and long nails.
I was made to feel very uncomfortable by mngmt on more than one occasion as well, the 2nd one when I rechecked in. They acted like I had the plague and would not come near me, while other staff was consistently friendly and kind. Shred was by far the nicest and most caring out of everyone there. A model employee. She should be heading up the team there.
I stayed there 3 weeks, and I no longer felt welcome there after that.
