Unfortunately, this had to be the worst hotel stay for us. I called early on our arrival day to let them know that we would be getting in after 10pm. I was told to call them when we arrived to have the shuttle pick us up. When we arrived to Seattle and I called the hotel, I was told there shuttle ended at 11pm. Once we arrived and went into our room the toilet was full of toilet paper. When I flushed the water came up. The toilet was clogged. Went down the front desk. We were given a plunger to take care of the problem ourselves, as there was only 1 person working that night in the front desk. My husband had to unclog the toilet. When we took a shower the water from the shower went into our room. I was told I would get a full credit and was only given $94 from the $226 that I paid. Horrible customer service.

The front desk service is very poor. The female front desk staff is indifferent to people, as if the whole world owes her something! On the first day of check-in, the key could not open the door. The room number did not match the name and could not connect to the WIFI. A new key was made. When I booked the room, I paid in advance. I received a text message from the bank and found that more than 200 US dollars were pre-authorized. The next morning, I went to the front desk to ask. The person on duty was replaced by a young man. After checking, I found that the room we stayed in was registered under someone else's name! The next day, I went to the airport to return the car and needed to take the shuttle bus back. It was the same woman again. When I asked her how long it would take and where to wait, she looked impatient. She just said something and turned away. I waited at the airport for nearly an hour! I will never book this hotel again!

The hotel was perfect for it s proximity to the airport and an early morning flight. Cost was reasonable.

Comfortable hotel very near SEA airport for a reasonable price. Shuttle picked up quickly and the driver was polite and helpful with our luggage. VERY fast check when our full van arrived-which we very much appreciated. Hot breakfast with a good cup of coffee to get us started on our long haul flight. Would definitely recommend.

Property was fine. The staff was friendly and courteous. Close to airport so it is quite boisy as expected, but also the boulevard along the side of the hotel was very busy and noisy also.

Good place. Cheap but safe and staff is fast to check in and out. They offered me free drinks which is good because I always forgot to buy when arriving to a new place

Room was not well cleaned. There were only 2 staff that were friendly. Website says shuttle goes within 2 miles of hotel, but actually they have a list at the front desk of a limited amount of places they actually go.

I was given a room at the end of the building that was designed for the disabled. Wallpaper was peeling off from the walls. Fan was loud.

Staff was not friendly, but they were professional. It was very dated and run down. I stayed there several years ago and it has gone down hill. Yes the price is right, but for a few dollars more you can get so much more.

The staff was very nice and helpful but the hotel is run down and in need of maintenance. There were people smoking at the front entrance so had to walk through it a few times. Close to airport and lightrail station.

We waited nearly an hour at the airport for our shuttle, and after calling three times, a shuttle finally came, but then took us to the wrong hotel. There is a mixup somehow with phone numbers. When we finally arrived at our hotel, the staff seemed unconcerned, and then denied that we even had a reservation. We showed them paperwork, and then they found our room. The rest of our party ( separate room), had the same experience several hours later, with “no room available”, even though we had checked their room when we arrived. It was nice to have a shuttle to take us to dinner ,and we asked for the correct return call number. After dinner ,we called the given number, and the wrong shuttle arrived. The driver (all the shuttle drivers were exceptionally cooperative and kind) nicely took us to our hotel.

The front desk clerk (Sunday 1/21/24, around 11:30 am) was very kind and accommodating. She offered us an early check in option and explained all the services and amenities to us. She was friendly and helpful, and after a long journey, I truly appreciated her extra attention and kindness.

Lower quality Hampton Inn. Staff not very professional and seem stretched thin. $15 night parking - read the fine print. Won’t be back.
