이번 스페인 여행에서 묵었던 호텔 중 가장 좋았던 곳이었습니다.
마드리드에서 버스를 타고 세고비아에 도착했고 버스 정류장에서 숙소까지 가까워서 금방 이동할 수 있었습니다.
방은 넓고 깨끗했고 층고가 높은 점이 좋았습니다. 침구와 침대도 여행의 피로를 다 풀어주는 편안한 침대였어요. 특히 욕실이 넓어서 너무 좋았어요. 하지만 욕실 창문을 열면 바로 도로가 보이니 조심스러웠습니다.
방에서는 창문을 열면 작은 정원이 보였는데 아침에 그 정원에서 들리는 새소리가 참 즐거웠습니다.
방음이 잘 되고 동선도 다른 숙박객들과 겹치지 않아서 편안히 묵을 수 있었습니다. 특히 매일 아침 조식이 너무 만족스러워서 행복했습니다! 다시 먹고 싶네요.
스텝들도 모두 친절했고 항상 웃는 얼굴로 응대해 주었습니다.

因為格外喜歡塞戈維亞，所以特意找了一家帶停車位的酒店，這家酒店好多房型不能退訂
從託雷多驅車一個半小時到了塞戈維亞，把車停在了酒店門口的白線裏的車位上，在辦理入住時候被前台一個黃色頭髮胖胖的前台告知車必須停在收費的地方，而且沒有訂房時所看的免費停車位，那個白線車位衹能停五分鐘，超時就會喊拖車給我拖走。無奈衹好停後面藍線裏，因為不會操作，前台在極不耐煩的情況下幫我輸入了車牌號，我反覆確認是否正確後停好車付款。可當天晚上就收到了一張八十歐的罰單，可前台的意思是我運氣不好，她也沒辦法，後來多虧有個工作人員告訴我取消罰單的辦法，才得知是前台輸入車牌號的方法有誤，去找前台理論，前台的意思很蠻橫，就是我們是前台，我們又不知道怎麼輸入車牌號，這跟我們也沒關係，我火的要命，吵了一架，心裏不痛快，這不是歧視麼？第二天退房又去理論了一番才回去，總之，這個酒店住的很不爽

這一家酒店硬件設施過硬，洗漱用品質量好，但是注意牙膏 牙刷 拖鞋需要自行攜帶。工作人員服務熱情，前台的幾位工作人員盡職盡責。酒店位於古城中心區域，前往各個景點步行即可到達。如果是坐火車前往Segovia的旅客一定注意自己列車停靠的站台，如果列車停靠Segovia guiomar 車站，那就要注意了，這個車站距離市區較遠，且公共交通等候時間較長，車站有12路公交車可以到達酒店，但是中午的等候時間很長，會間隔一小時。火車站門口會有出租車但不一定一直會有，打車到酒店很方便。如果早上退房去火車站最好乘坐出租車，公交車等候時間長，從酒店出門左轉 上主路左轉，在一個小環島處有出租車站，早上會有車等候。西班牙火車站需要安檢，刀具 剪刀是不可以攜帶的,在西班牙乘坐火車一定要提前到達車站。

我們是帶兩個十多歲的孩子所以定了兩間房間，但是結果這兩間房間安排在幾乎對角網上。其中一間是一號房間，就在reception後面，感覺是像值班一樣睡在門口，什麼聲音都能聽到，而且是非常暗。一定要避開這個房間。其他的都還可以，就是對這個安排及其不滿，提出問題就是雙手一攤説沒辦法！
