The newly opened Guesthouse near Hongdae is small, clean and tidy. The kitchen facilities are very complete. You can simply operate your breakfast for breakfast. The room is very clean. The decoration is simple and white with natural wood color. I like it! The traffic is also convenient. It is in Hongdae area, but because it is not on the main road, it is not noisy. The whole house seems to have a small number of rooms, so the house is not noisy. It is good. The owner is very kind and kind. At night I will help open the door when I come back late, very cost-effective, I will stay there again next time I go

子ども2人（高校生、小学生）と4泊しました。昨年は明洞のデザインホテルに宿泊したのですが、何だか味気なかったので今回は世界の旅行者との交流を期待してゲストハウスに決めました。挨拶する程度でしたが（笑）、色んな国の色んな人たちが滞在しているので、面白かったです。 ゲストハウスといっても部屋はホテル並みに快適で、何か困ったことがあればオーナーのキムさんが対応してくれます。予約後からLINEで何でも聞けますし、スーパー親切で助かりました！弘大の地下鉄の駅や弘大の中心地へ徒歩5分くらいの便利なロケーションですが、静かなエリアにあるので騒がしさはありません。美味しいレストランやカフェ、コンビニなんかも周辺にたくさんあります。 次回もお世話になろうと思います！ Hello Kim-san. It was very nice & comfortable stay. You helped us a lot. Thank you very much ! We'll definitely come back !!

The location is a little far from the subway station, but I walked a few alleys to find a lot of snacks nearby and the famous cream bread at the front desk. The girls at the front desk speak Chinese very kind and introduce us to shopping. The washing machine and dryer are very good Very easy to operate

Very good access to public transport, both bus and subway. Unfortunately, rooms facing the street are very noisy, especially when there are small car races going on at night. So always ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Practically furnished rooms. Pretty clean apart from a few outliers (see pictures). The lounge is nicely furnished with a reading corner and billiards, but it is brutally loud. The music and the babble of voices linger on the bare walls. The elevator control is from the Bronze Age. No detection of full elevators which then stop unnecessarily three times along the way. No detection if no one is waiting for the elevator. In short, you unfortunately spend an unnecessary amount of time waiting for the elevator.

the staff its really nice and they always help you the bed was really clean and they give you free towels there is a floor heater so it's really warm and nice for the autumn tea and coffee its free and you can have it all day, and its really close to the subway station so its close to every part of Seoul, I highly recommend this hostel :)

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Location is convenient as there were quite a few eating places near the hotel and two convience shops nearby. Hotel is about 10 mins walk to Hongdik Station and Hongdae Street. Didn't use the hotel facilities though. Staff were friendly and helpful to their best ability. Only gripe is no laundromat nearby for self laundry. Overall, I would say the hotel is pleasant place to stay.
