綺麗でアメニティが沢山あり過ごしやすかった。
フロントに人がいなくて、インターホンで呼んでも中々来なかった時は焦ったがまあ特に問題はなかった。チェックインチェックアウトがスムーズで良い。

수건에 곰팡이가 펴있더라고요
2박 있는 동안 프론트에 가서 사장님한테 말도 했는데 둘째날은 더 심하게 검은색으로 얼룩이 져 있었어요
소음 심한건 둔한사람들은 상관 없을정도인데 청결도가 너무 아쉽네요

진짜 절대 추천하지 않습니다. 복도며 객실이며 담배냄새 진동하고, 객실 안에는 아무리 환기를 해도 담배냄새 안빠져요. 이불에도 다 베어서 자는동안 새벽 내내 몇번이나 깼습니다. 저희는 이틀치 예약을 했는데 하루 밤 자고 도저히 더 자는건 무리라고 판단해 돈은 아깝지만 그냥 나와서 다른 호텔 예약했습니다. 가장 큰 이유는 화장실 곰팡이었습니다. 이불에 밴 담배냄새로 청결하지 못하다는건 의심하고 있었지만, 샤워하는데 화장실 곳곳에 핀 곰팡이를 보고는 도저히 못 있겠다 싶어 나왔어요. 진짜 너무 심각해요. 사진보고 깔끔해보여서 예약했는데 너무 후회스럽습니다. 덕분에 돈, 시간 다 날렸네요. 서울여행가서 좋았던 기분까지도요. 다른분들 참고하시라고 원래 쓰지도 않는 후기 남겨봅니다.

日本語では難しいですが、チェックインの時に韓国語で「予約した○○です」と伝えたらすぐにカードキーをくれてそれ以外は特に韓国出来なくても大丈夫でした！
チェックアウトの時も「ありがとうございました」と韓国語を言ってカードキーを渡して終わりました！
受付の方も優しそうな方だったので、またチャムシルに用事があったら泊まりたいと思います。
