The room looked a bit different from the advertisement. But it was small and comfortable enough to enjoy a short stay. The location is excellent, in the heart of Sinchon and near the station and main square.

The location is great but this is basically a love motel. The room was damp and dusty. The sheets and walls were stained and they only provided small hand towels. Everything was dusty and I found a s*x toy in the room. (Which the staff did remove) There was apparently a system on the door where you could alert the staff you would like the room cleaned but they never cleaned it and couldn’t offer me a new room when I asked to change. Much of the furniture and skirting boards are damaged from damp. Location wise it was good as it’s a few mins walk from sinchon station but if you struggle with hilly walks it might be inconvenient.

Recommended to clean up all staff from floor to wall in every area, this place is
-not suitable for person who have dust allergy, you can die here with dust, Musty, moldy room
-unclean wall, toilet and bedsheet
-sleeping with cockroaches
However, Arjumma at front is nice. She is helpful and allowed us deposit luggage while I go to other provinces for a few days without charging extra fee and the shower and water are perfect for relaxing. Not recommending for visit until hotel renovation. Plus, room is small so we can’t open the baggage’s at the same time. Together, the toilet door is transparent so bare in mind if you are too shy to stay with friend

It was close to the subway and within walking distance of hongdae. The room was clean enough and service was ok, if a bit unreliable. For its price it did the job considering how expensive Seoul is.

Good location to stay.  Walkable distance from mrt.  From the station and bus stop, you must walk uphill. Not recommended for people with difficulty.

Near to sichon train . Take exit 4 . Walking distance only yet the road like hill up . Need to climb stair not suitable for old folk . The room is Clean . Small room . Water pressure is so good . No bidet 🔫 !! Hahaha #iykyk . Near by got alot of shop to waste money 😉. No halal food nearby . Will i repeat ? NO . Hahahah there is alot of motel nearby that don’t need me to climb the stair ✌🏻. Don’t take any bus once u reach sinchon station just walk if u take bus will be so difficult to find as only access by walking 🚶♀️

The room they provide for us is quite dirty and got alot of dust on the wall and every corner. the washroom also smelly. They dont do cleaning service eveyday. And the room lighting is too dark only yellowish.
