It’s a very nice luxury hotel, but I just can’t get excited about it. Check in and staff was very pleasant and the rooms are very nicely furnished. On the other hand the beds are too hard for my liking and I forgot to ask for a change from feather pillows. The shower dripped making noise all night and breakfast service is at best OK. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and maybe I’m being a bit hard providing an average rating but at these prices you need to be a bit more than what the hotel is.

The hotel was in a great location, welcoming and very clean. The room was pleasant, the bed and pillows were amazing. The shower was fabulous but leaked all over the floor. The first night we had a problem with the TV and air conditioning, which they sent up a member of staff to look at, but no joy so they had to control the AC from reception and mended the next day. The following day both of our keys cards stopped working so we had to return to the Reception to correct this. On our last day, we had to leave before breakfast so they gave us a picnic bag to take, very disappointing especially for a 5 star hotel, so I would state this is a 4 star not 5.

We can highly recommend this hotel. We had a minor issue with our room on our first night but this was resolved without question and we were moved to another room. Every single member of staff were friendly and courteous. We were a large group and reception helped us out booking excursions, restaurants and transfers. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent, served by our favourite waiter of our whole trip! Well done Radisson you should be very proud. The hotel is ideally situated for getting around the city on foot.

The location is okay. On the edge of the city center, the Plaza of Spain is about 2 kilometers, and the Palace of Seville is about 1 kilometers. Booked this hotel for the day trip. Breakfast is usually moved. I only eat cakes and fried eggs and fruits. The room is old-fashioned, and the double room is actually made up of 2 small beds. No toiletries and slippers, no purified water, but a kettle and coffee tea bags.

Fantastic hotel in a good location just 10 minutes walk from the main train station, around 30 mins from the airport on the bus and a 15 minute walk away from the cathedral. The room was clean, spacious and modern with the shower in particular being fantastic. The pool area is great with some nice views of the city. All the staff we came across were great and as we both arrived early and left late they kept our bags secure so we could explore the wonderful city of Seville. Great place to base yourself and enjoy on of the best cities we have been too!

We booked for 5 nights, checked in to the hotel late in the evening tired and hungry but discovered something was not right with the room. Pedro, who checked us in, immediately sprang into action and make all the necessary arrangements to ensure our evening was not compromised. The effort that the whole team put in to ensure we had 5 fantastic nights in hotel Posada del Lucero was beyond what we have encountered before. Bravo to Pedro and Eduardo for your impeccable service, you are the pride of your Hotel! Hotel Posada del Lucero will definitely be our hotel of choice if we ever go back to Sevilla again. Fabulous location, king-sized room The location is exceptional. It is a fantastic landmark and close to just about everything. I was really surprised by the size of the room: broad and huge! The staff was very attentive at all hours. I was there during New Year’s Eve and there were always key personnel present As strange as this may sound, if I were the hotel owner I would improve the portfolio of photographers on booking. I was expecting something normal and I was presented with something outstanding. Highly recommended! The location alone ensures you zero costs in mobility. The room will make your batteries recharge completely!

Casa Palacio Don Pedro is situated on a narrow street close to many restaurants & bars. It is beautifully decorated with lovely tiled walls. The staff were all really helpful and always smiling. The rooms were fine, the bathroom was good. Plenty of hot water. The hotel doesn't have tea/coffee facilities in the room but you can get free coffee, tea etc from a machine in reception. We loved the fact that you could just wander around the old streets and find something interesting around every corner. It's not far to walk to most of the landmarks. We were given a tip by a local - walk to the Hotel abba, (not far) take the lift up to the 6th floor and you get the most amazing view of the whole city. There's a lovely rooftop cocktail bar, we went just before sunset and watched the sun go down and the lights came on all over the city - stunning to see. If you're looking for 5* luxury, this is not the hotel for you, but if you're looking for a very good value for money hotel, brilliant staff and a typically Spanish feel, then I can recommend. A bonus being that El Rinconcillo (oldest tapas bar in Seville) is at the end of the road.
