My wife and I came for a weekend break. I was going to write a long review about how great the hosts are and the hotel but it would not do it justice. This place is 5 star through and through. The rooms excellent, the hosts excellent, the breakfast excellent. The decor and spaces it offers as well as the bar excellent. I literally cannot praise this place any more. If you asked me what could be improved the answer is nothing. It is worth every penny. I can’t imagine there is anyone who would not like the place or the hosts. Ten big question would I stay again and yes in an instance.

Oh, let me tell you about this hidden gem called Pajaro Rebelde! With only seven rooms, it's like staying in your own private castle, but with a twist. The design is out of this world! They managed to mix historical elegance with a touch of eccentric modernity that left us speechless. And breakfast? Oh my, it's a mouthwatering masterpiece! I suspect they hired a secret culinary wizard because every morning, the food was so delicious it made us forget about lunch. Hats off to that breakfast wizard! This place is a must-visit, trust me. Thank you Olivier and Sophie, you are the best hosts ever!

Pajaro Rebelde is beautifully restored, elegant and charismatic residence. The hosts are Sophie and Olivier and they have achieved the perfect balance of making you feel like a very welcome guest in their extremely beautiful home. The building is a seven storey, traditional Sevillian townhouse on a regular Sevillian street, but that's were 'traditional' and 'regular' end as being welcomed inside is a truly magical and inspiring moment. We arrived at Parjaro Rebelde at 10pm on a Monday evening in early September and have never been more delighted to arrive anywhere. The decor is traditional French elegance with a warm mix of Moroccan and Spanish, the result creates a magical atmosphere were everything from the rich colours, artwork, music, lighting and scent is warm and welcoming and expertly considered. This really is a boutique residence and has far too much charm to be called a 'hotel', it only has 7 guest rooms so feels exclusive and private, during our four day stay we often had the whole place to ourselves. The courtyard garden terrace is like a tropical paradise with lush green trees, foliage and orange trees, we ate breakfast there on our first morning and enjoyed cocktails there every evening before going out for dinner. There are two beautiful roof terraces where you can have your coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening and view the Sevillian skyline. There are only seven guest rooms and each one is styled differently, ours was located on the first floor at the front of the building with two large French style windows overlooking street and a beautiful Spanish tiled floor. The bed is a large super king and very comfortable and the shower and wc were contained in their own modern cubicle in the centre of the room with patterned glass screens and a very effective fan to ensure all the steam is contained. All rooms have air conditioning, which you will definitely use, the temperature in Seville in September during our stay averaged between 30-35 during the day and 18-22 in the evenings. Every afternoon we swam in the pool, which is in an elevated position just above the courtyard, again we were the only ones there and it felt very luxurious to have the whole pool and courtyard view to ourselves. All of the reviews we read about the breakfast being fresh, beautiful, varied and amazing are true, it is .....definitely try the breakfast during your stay. On each floor of the residence there are coffee stations with Nespresso coffee machines so you can help yourself anytime you like. Downstairs there is an honesty bar with a varied selection of wines, beers and sprits, each guest can help themselves any time and note it down on the your guest drinks list. In the evenings Sophie and Olivier will make cocktails for the guests to enjoy in the courtyard terrace........Sophie makes a fantastic *****ni. This property is beautiful--it's like staying in a private home. Do not rent a car--streets are very narrow and there is no parking at the property. The breakfast was incredible. Easy to access the surrounding areas.

The attention to detail is superb at this wonderful hotel. The owners have designed the property with impeccable taste. It is both quirky & totally beautiful, with every facility you need & much more than that. The breakfast available is homemade, creative & delicious. We were made to feel very welcome by the hosts, they are amazing.

This is more than a “hotel”, it’s a home and a very special place to stay in Seville. You will not find a more peaceful or beautiful place to stay. Located close enough to the main attractions - 20 mins walk away, but far enough away in its own pleasant neighbour hood complete with more than enough bars and amazing restaurants. Its a rare find of a vary old building, painstakingly renovated into a small boutique hotel by the owners as a home to live in. Lots of terraces and sitting areas to enjoy, including the roof top terrace with views across the city. Or take a dip in the pool to cool down from the heat of the day.

The most exquisite romantic boutique hotel.The ambiance , the beautiful decor . It feels like you are in your own home . Every detail has been thought out . Common Kitchener stocked with champagne/ wine on honour system. Pool , roof top, Tv lounge .. so beautiful. For an additional cost you can have the most amazing breakfast catered in the gorgeous courtyard. By far the best stay of our 3 week Portugal/ Spain trip. If you ever get to Seville you must stay here. Highly recommend !

We have just been reminiscing about our stay last year at the wonderful Pájaro Rebelde (September 2022), and realised I hadn’t left the review that I’d planned to do! Our 4 night stay was a delight, a beautiful room in a traditional patio house that has been restored with such care and flair by Olivier and Sophie. We were enchanted by the friendliness and service, from sourcing tickets for the flamenco, to the beautiful breakfasts and early evening aperitivos to enjoy in the one of the myriad of tranquil spaces indoors or out. Olivier was more than willing to collect and post home the sunglasses we accidentally left in a taxi, though unfortunately they were never handed in. The only issue we faced was that we found it difficult to tear ourselves away from this utter oasis to see everything Seville has to offer! So plans are afoot to stay for at least a week when we are able to return. Thank you both for a wonderful stay, and apologies for taking so long to share our experience.

This was the most wonderful hotel I've ever stayed at. Not because it has the trappings of a standard 5-star chain, but because it delivers a truly personal and home-grown experience. At times, it even seemed like we were the only one living in the hotel which led to an even greater level of luxury. From the phenomenal breakfasts and the beautiful courtyard, to the friendly hosts and comfortable rooms, you won't find better in Seville. It's well situated, near many great tapas restaurants and is only a 10-15 min walk from the Cathedral/main tourist areas. We had a wonderful stay and I've recommended it to all my friends.
