It is very noisy with cars and people passing by, and there are many people and birds outside. Then I complained to the Tongcheng platform. The customer service of the Tongcheng platform was also obsessed with strange operations and directly contacted the hotel. The hotel called me in the middle of the night. For personal safety, I chose to check out and check into another hotel in the middle of the night. I hope people who use this platform will be cautious, otherwise you won’t know when the information will be sold by the platform again. (The front desk was quite humane and the fee has been refunded) However, due to various conditions of the hotel, I really don’t recommend it and would advise everyone to leave.
