I had a very comfortable stay. The room was generally clean and it's quite close to Shanghai Railway Station, making it perfect for weekend trips from nearby cities. It's also very near the subway station, which makes getting around super convenient. The room was really quiet overall, and the staff were very friendly. The room itself was spacious and the air felt fresh. All in all, a very pleasant experience!

I had a pleasant stay at Dears Hotel. A 3 minute walk from the Shanghai Railway Station which gave easy access to popular tourist sites like People's Square, Nanjiang Road and The Bund.
The room was clean and you can have your room tidied each day.
The room was spacious and the staff were very friendly.
There is a KFC downstairs and a Family Mart as well.
I recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay again.

The room's cleanliness is definitely something you can trust, just look at the pictures. It's also close to the station, and the soundproofing in the room is good. Enjoying the view from the window with a cup of Yunnan small-bean coffee or a hot tea – that's a romantic moment for a business traveler! The location is also easy to find, and the service is pretty good! This place is perfect for business trips, family vacations seeking high quality, or for friends who appreciate a quiet atmosphere!

helpful and nice staff, my room had an amazing view and tea, bath salts etc. were refilled daily, location is close to the train and metro station and plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby, would definitely return!!

Overall, the experience was pleasant. Located near Shanghai Railway station, ＜ 10 min walk away. There are some shops around (E.g. KFC, convenient stores nearby) too. The area is located quite strategically to access nearby tourist area as well as the popular 1000 tree shopping mall. The service by the staff was good, they were friendly and helped to resolve some our issues regarding parcels bought online. The hotel also accepts parcels if you are planning to buy online. The overall cleanliness was decent. While the gym is limited, the other room amenities were decent. Bathtub was good. Overall, would recommend the hotel for travellers looking to stay near the railway station.

Location is near to Shang Hai train station.
There are KFC, Family Mart, Luckin Cafe, noodle shop next door.
The hotel housekeeping does not wash the mugs at all during our stay.
5 nights only 1 of the day have 2 sachets of coffee therest always 1 sachet.
The day curtain is quite dirty and dusty.
Under bed & sofa are very dusty and has some rubbish (happened to need to pick up item drop in)
The laundry area only have 2 washer and 2 dryer which always full.
The hotel only provide 3 bath towel and hand towel despite we check in as family of 4.
The light is always off when door opened and closed is very inconvenient.
