This is the second time staying in this hotel. No hestitation to book here again. We get a wonderful service from Xiao Liu and their collegues. The room is clean and fluffy. Everyone has a service mind to server us. It is a recommendation hotel from us.

The hotel is in a good location and you can always check inn at any time after the check in time. The rooms are cleaned daily and they give you amenities such as slippers and toothbrush. The staff can speak limited English but will use apps to communicate.

hotel is conveniently situated about 10minutes from the Songjiang Wanda complex by taxi. the receptionist was so friendly and welcoming. there’s more security as one can’t use the escalator without room/floor card. the room was so spacious (compared to similar rated hotels I’ve been to in China), clean, well lit and necessary personal aid amenities provided, with presence of an extra sofa seat + a kettle, bottled water, for hot tea.. surely, Vienna Hotel never disappoints. I highly recommend

The night receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The other staff tried but clearly have not been properly trained. I had a hilariously frustrating moment when they told me they could not call me a taxi (everyone in China uses an app but foreigners may not have those apps!) Breakfast was delivered to our rooms each morning at 7am in plastic bags... the worst breakfasts I have ever had in China. The management of this hotel is very mediocre.
