空間很大，一家人住很合適。但是不能做飯，沒有燃氣。四件套質量不好，感覺是最便宜的化纖材料。1.8米床的被子，帶小孩睡有點小。東門麪館和菜場挺好的，牛肉粉絲湯特別好吃！

地理位置相對離景區較近，出門步行2-4㎞ ，打車20元上下。自駕非常近。
房間整體比較乾淨，東西和傢俱較少。洗澡🚿水比較熱這點挺好。希望業主能開通有線電視，網絡電視看起來沒賬號不是很方便。
另外 客廳空調比較雞肋，制熱效果不太好。入住幾天氣温驟降 0°左右，門窗密封性不太好，個人猜測還是開發商預裝的質量有關。非冬季入住應該不影響體驗。房間內的空調和浴室的浴霸都可以正常實用，效果都還可以。
另外 小區附近買東西確實不便，網上叫單起送費也比較高這點要注意。來之前特地看了評論，所以吃喝都帶足夠了。老闆也給我們備好了廚房必需品。冰箱也挺乾淨的，必須給好評。
總體而言 房子比較大，性價比還是很高的。帶上全家人來住也不擁擠。

寶家的環境真的很好，床也超級舒服。峩是入睡比較困難的，但是這床真的必須給365個贊，每天睡的好香。傢俱也都齊全，很棒很棒，下次出差過來，首選！！

屋主回覆很快，聯繫很方便；房子有電梯，寬敞，如照片一樣，洗衣晾曬都很方便；可做飯，很適合一家人帶長者一起住；去水上樂園和歡樂谷都很近

5. 離植物園和廣富林佘山都很近
6. 停車方便 車費5元一天便宜
缺點：冬天還是有點冷的 空調不太暖
