這次家庭出行入住湖州南太湖山莊酒店，這個酒店有管家服務，提前一天管家迪迪就聯繫了我 因為當時沒有訂到大床房，管家迪迪聽了我的需求就幫我調換到了大床，讓我們住的更加方便，並及時把酒店的地址以及周邊的遊玩攻略發給了我作為參考整個酒店環境非常不錯，因為是建在山上嘛，出入都有接駁車接送，酒店內就可以一覽太湖的景色，本次入住也是很滿意的，下次有機會也會再來這邊

首先酒店位置很好，位於綠洲商業廣場，距離古鎮，距離地鐵口都不是很遠。但一進房間，一股異味撲面而來，應該是衞生間馬桶邊打掃的時候直接拖，沒沖洗，所以一股尿騷味。除了這個味，感覺還有其他異味，發現靠近床的椅子上，一股臭腳的氣味，很濃。然後晚上在床的另一側睡，臭味小多了。房間其他還是很整潔的，主要是衞生處理馬虎！

酒店房間很乾凈，前台工作人員服務到位，酒店距離古猗園很近，走過去500米路，而且24小時內免費停車，還送了我們兩份自助早餐，推薦入住。

原本不想説 可是隔壁裝修非常吵 早上七點不到就被吵醒 和前台溝通 也是有點推脱 反正前台包括經理的説辭 就是之前説過沒效果 打110也沒用 那你們就不解決了麼 我花錢來休息 那你們把錢退我麼 服務態度意識太差

環境一般，酒喝多了就和朋友不想跑太遠就住他家了，心想漢庭連鎖店還不錯誰知體驗感那麼差勁，早上倆點多入住的位置還行離地鐵有點距離，早上7-8點不知道樓上在幹嘛和地震一樣，車輪聲，砸牆聲吵得根本不能睡覺直到十點多停了準備睡會，前台又催你退房根本不考慮你的感受這種店誰住他家倒黴，極差
