房東小哥哥人很隨意，很熱情，在這裏結交了一羣有愛有志的朋友，很開心，小區二樓的綠化也挺不錯的，中心還有喝噴泉，有天起床早去花園溜達陽光普照還聽到了鳥叫心情非常舒暢，交通也挺便利的，不錯不錯。

生活設施齊全，客廳，房間都很大強烈推薦，出小區步行三五分鐘就是地鐵8號線，到人民廣場南京路步行街衹需要兩站，很方便，頂樓還可以俯視外灘夜景，簡直太棒了！

青旅是小區房改的 環境很好 不狹隘 睡的是帳篷房 私隱性很好 很有安全感 床鋪也乾淨 早上的時候會聽見大家起床洗漱的各種聲音 但是基本已經到九點十點了 晚上還是很安靜的 衞生間環境還不錯 有架子可以臨時放東西 有洗衣機 陽台 廚房 交通相對便利 有分前後門 後門好找 前門的便利店多 其實熟悉一下就好了 房東小哥哥會提前聯繫你進行接送 離上海火車站地鐵站不遠 離外灘不遠 住的都是年輕人 住的這幾天都有喊我去吃飯hh 會做飯的也可以一起吃飯 感覺很温馨 不會拘束 下次再來上海還會定這裏 體驗滿分

房東小哥哥很熱情，服務態度很好，人很nice，很細心，我找不到路專門下樓接我還幫我提行李，民宿房間很大，客廳很大大家圍坐在一起聊天看電影非常融洽，很喜歡這種感覺，衞生乾淨，交通便利離外灘非常近。
