The room is very clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazing, its very convenient to visit all attractions near downtown area. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Shanghai downtown area.

Great location, close to metro station, clean. The room was a bit small and the bed was hard. Otherwise great stay.

Location is great. Cleanliness is ok. Toilet have bidet and i love it. The only thing that i feel uncomfortable is the smell of toilet. Although it is clean, It seems like the ventilation fan is not working and the smell of toilet is sometimes going out to the bedroom.

Big bed, big shower, plenty of room for luggage, bedding was clean. Closest stop is 人民广场 which is very central so that was convenient. Next to cafe and convince store so that was good too
