I was very lucky that day I encountered a room that was over-selling and gave us a free upgrade the day before yesterday.
I have to say that this smart home is still very attractive.
🚗 Transportation: Map Line 10 is nearby
🍃Environment: Guohua Plaza is opposite to Wujiaochang business district 700m
🔔Service: great
🧹Hygienic: Very clean. Aunty cleaned very carefully. The room is clean and tidy and there is no peculiar smell.

這次訂了一個最便宜的房型 隔音效果比較差 有一個類似小孩子團3人的家庭 非常吵 半夜一點還在走廊裏忽來喊去，早上八點半又開始。這個房間本來就不隔音 就跟在我耳邊直接喊一樣。非常吵。不知道是不是參加這個比賽的人 打扮的花裏胡哨的 真的非常討厭在走廊裏説話的。沒素質。

位置是不錯的，性價比在這一帶算不錯，離三門路地鐵站近，面試B站或者疊紙還有江灣體育場附近公司的話住這裏也方便。對面就是國華廣場，外食或者外賣都很快捷，外賣還可以有機器人送上來。
但是房間層高比較低，身高高一點的話就有些逼仄了，而且不知道為什麼，空調開了好一陣，屋裡仍然蠻冷（以及離電梯最近的房間真的近到可以聽到電梯開關門的聲音…
