老闆人很好，有幾家店 附近公寓他家裝修比較好，也比較安靜，打掃的阿姨和大哥也很熱情祝生意好

先説優點，離地鐵站不算遠，交通便利，樓下有便利店和吃飯地方，房間夠大，設施齊全，公寓式酒店，有小陽台，洗衣機、冰箱都有，智能門鎖，也不用帶門禁，進來樓下也有門禁，網上辦理入住，也很便捷，價格適合，入住性價比不錯。缺點：1.洗衣機在空調外機下面，很容易撞頭，巨痛，洗衣機不算乾淨，衣架衹有一個，還有一個夾子架，沙發比較硬，床頭牆插是壞的，充電很不方便，空調效果不好，制熱開不起來，啟動一會就自己停了，不知道什麼情況，熱水壺較臟，需要清理，牙具不知道放在哪裡，找了沒找到，我自帶牙具，也就沒問店家了，拖鞋在門口鞋櫃。周邊有個楊國福在施工，早上七點就開始了，很吵。

別住別住別住，我住了第一天後脖子就特別癢特別紅，就像疹子，腿上也是，起了特別多紅色疙瘩，特別特別特別癢，衞生環境賊差。入住第一天晚上還用水壺燒水，結果晚上就拉肚子了。真的很差勁！！！
