到山南選了喆啡酒店入住，前台小哥非常熱情給升級了房間，房間乾淨整潔又寬敞，設施很新布草也非常乾淨，裝修保持了一貫的民國風。酒店停車很方便，對面是人民醫院很有安全感，希望咖啡師儘早培訓到位，喆啡要是沒了美味咖啡的奉上那可是不完美的哦。

房間衞生和環境也就那樣，房間下水臭滿屋子都是，尤其是服務差到了極點，3.31訂的房，4.5號了居然不退按金，5天了不見退，電話打過去説是核實，核實了一整天，最後找攜程幫助，打電話過去服務員態度惡劣，説話口氣太差，當天退房説好的按金原路返回，遲遲不見動靜，酒店故意為難，前台態度極差，前台服務員之間互相扯皮，沒見到過這樣的酒店和前台。

酒店地理位置不錯，門口可以停車，對面是中心醫院，裝修復古風格，房間空間很大，床品舒服，衞生間乾濕分離，前台小夥子服務不錯，下次還會來入住

酒店衞生很好，房間打掃得很乾凈，住的房間陽光很好，房間很大。前台小姐姐的服務很好，特別熱情客氣，剛進來辦理入住的時候都很熱情的和我打招呼，不愧是連鎖酒店，之前在貴陽住過喆啡酒店，很喜歡喆啡酒店的風格，大廳都很氣派，還有咖啡可以喝。推薦給大家👍

前台小姐姐些的服務真的很好，我的需求她們很快的就會給我解決，很熱情，我住的房間很大，衞生很乾凈，在房間白天還能曬太陽，出差旅遊選擇連鎖酒店肯定不會出錯的，這裏交通也很便利，離火車站都很近，出行方便。
