Yuhouse Apartment (Shantou High Speed Railway Station)

The first time I write a review on Ctrip is to praise the hotel's little brother. The little brother during the day is very nice and responsive. On the last day of my trip to Shantou, my lumbar prolapse recurred and I couldn't walk. The flight at night was a late flight. Finally, I went with the little brother. After discussion, he let me have a good rest in the hotel. The people are very nice ~ The hotel environment is good and cost-effective. There is a smart toilet. However, the coffee table in my room is too short. The design is a bit strange (not friendly to patients with lumbar protrusion). Their tea is very delicious. It is recommended that you take it to the table and soak it by yourself 😂 ~ The service is full marks 💯 There is breakfast in the morning and sweet water in the evening. Nice. There are many room types to choose from. I hope the smallest single room can be discounted haha ​​~ I will come again if I have the opportunity ~

Overall satisfied, the stay was comfortable and clean. The new B&B has a good location. It is in a quiet business district and is convenient to go everywhere. The breakfast was very heartwarming and overall I think it is cost-effective. It would be nice if there was a mirror headlight. Personally I think It is also suitable for long-term living.

The first-line sea view room has a really nice view. The hotel is in a good location. It is very clean and tidy. It is safe and convenient to enter and exit. The sound insulation effect is good. It is a very comfortable stay. The customer service attitude is also very good. All questions are answered within seconds. Provided a lot of local travel and food suggestions. I will stay here again next time I come to Shantou.

Location: I drove here, it’s easy to find, it’s convenient to get around, and Shantou itself is not big. Environment: The apartment is very new, very clean, and the property is well managed. There are some restaurants downstairs, which are also good. Facilities: The room is a LOFT structure. It is very new and has complete facilities. There is central air conditioning downstairs and a separate air conditioning upstairs. The projector is good, the best among the hotels I have stayed in. Disadvantages: The sound insulation is really poor. Comparatively test the neighbors' work, rest and quality. The pros and cons are very prominent, and it would be great to stay in the off-season.

The first time I came to Shantou, I stayed in an old five-star hotel. This time I must stay in the one I like! This room looks exactly like the photo! The room is clean and tidy, more than 100 yuan per person is affordable, and the bed is very comfortable. Although wet and dry are separated, it is not convenient enough and the bathroom is not private enough. The customer service responds very quickly and handles any problems promptly. Overall very good! !

衞生：衞生不錯，房間裏放了香氛，味道蠻好聞，阿姨打掃的也還乾淨 設施：衞生巾是乾濕分離的比較好，但是缺點是馬桶那一間實在太小了，成人坐下去腿就抵到門了，房間雖然是loft，但是空間其實還算寬敞，月球燈很好看！房間東西備的也比較齊全 服務：到了地點還不知道在幾樓，打了老闆兩個電話都沒人接，後面接通了，上去之後説房間還沒打掃好，但是當時已經是下午兩點半了，後面老闆給換了一間，解決的比較快，點個贊 最後説一句汕頭實在是太太太好吃了！！

地點非常好找，出門方便，屋內設施齊全也很新，沒什麼裝修味道，房間風景很好，管家服務周到，貼心的準備了精美的早餐 體驗非常好 強烈推薦 下次到汕頭還會選他家

房間還行，感覺有點過於新了，廁所非常非常小，一不小心就抵到門了。管家送東西還算及時，但是就是有點死板，很早就退房了，回來拿行李説讓我們臨時進去換一下衣服都不行，真的太死板了。

第一次住loft複式公寓，簡直不要太舒服，捨不得離開 ，高空視野很好，房間乾淨整潔無異味，還有股淡淡的香味，客服態度也很棒，位置去各個地方都挺近，很讚的一次住宿體驗，強推！
