酒店硬件設施非常老舊,那個電梯我從來沒見過那麼破的,本來住的1111,一進去全是煙味,房間設施非常陳舊,後面換了前晚據説沒人入住的1209,床單上有指甲,那就是有人入住而沒有更換新的床單咯,房間沒有任何隔音,早上7點能完全聽見外面的聲音,講的什麼唱的什麼

房間小、設備差、服務差、早餐差…總之體驗很差， 吹風機是吹幾秒就得歇幾分鐘才能再用的你受得了嗎？ 早餐可以説很寒顫吧，退房出門時外面下着大雨，問保安大爺幾遍有沒有傘借用一下，這個大爺在大廳坐着抽着煙根本不鳥你一動不動， 前台服務人員也一個個都跟你欠他錢一樣的熊樣，感覺這就是掛着麗楓的牌子快捷旅館的服務， 牆裂不推薦…

房間非常滿意，一進門窗簾自動拉開，海景一下子展現在眼前，洗髮水很好聞！就是早餐太簡陋了，對於一個開在汕頭的酒店來説，早餐不應該這樣呀，麗楓還是全國連鎖，總得還説還是給了全五分，但早餐還是希望改善一下！

這個酒店基本如描述的狀態，該有的也都有。不過看上去有點老舊，第一天入住的時候，突然有工程人員來敲門修廁所馬桶蓋。我驚呆了，應該是之前有報修吧，主要是剛到達酒店在睡午覺調整，被吵醒真的有點不太好。看上去有個小冰箱，但是它不製冷，來了一晚上沒有涼氣，也可能是我不會開。因為衹住一晚上就後來沒有再去找客房處理了。

避雷！！！真的別住！我住了那麼多年酒店！以前也在別的城市住過麗楓，都很好！！其他的麗楓都是乾乾淨淨，薰衣草味道香香的，這家太踩雷了！！設施老舊就算了，走廊和房間都是一股子黴味，最最重要的是！！巨吵！！窗户毫無隔音可言！外面掛了空調外機，樓下車聲超級大，還有輪船的聲音，吵得根本睡不着！！我用分貝軟件測了，一晚上都是40-50分貝左右，真的，睡眠不好的別住！打電話問前台想換房，説太吵了睡不着，前台説沒房了，就啥也不管了。我衹能自認倒黴，半夜12點過，收拾東西出門去別的酒店睡覺。第二天11點過就催着你退房，12點前一定要你退房。誰來誰是大冤種！將近500一晚的海景房就這種質量，我的美好假期，就這樣子心情都搞壞了！
