Good value. Nice location. Clean room. Quick & efficient services. Nice front desk. Well mannered floor workers. Only drawback is the restaurant. Price at the Chinese restaurant on the high end but the food is just OK. Need to improve on appetites.

The Chinese New Year here in Shantou is very special, and there are a lot of people in the streets and alleys. There are also quite a few people who come here to travel with us. The reserved hotels are basically full. Fortunately, we made the reservation several days in advance. The hotel is in the city center, very close to Longyan South Road, just two intersections away. Longbei Market is right opposite, which is especially convenient if you want to buy specialties and dry goods. The service attitude of the hotel is very good, the price is affordable, and there is a buffet breakfast. , there are quite a lot of varieties, I will choose this place first next time

The hotel hardware is okay, except that there is no small refrigerator. There is Xiaodu voice AI smart control, and the bed and pillows are quite comfortable. The decoration style may be typical of Vienna. But the location and environment are actually not good. It's in the urban-rural fringe, around the high-speed rail station. If I had to choose again, I probably wouldn't live here... It's 10-16 kilometers away from the scenic spot by taxi, and it costs 20-40 yuan one way. The main reason is that there is not much food nearby, they are all small shabby shops. What about the service? We have stayed in many hotels such as Atour and Huazhu Club before. This time we saw this newly opened hotel in Vienna and wanted to try it. We didn't have breakfast. We asked when we checked in, but the front desk said we didn't have breakfast and asked if it couldn't be delivered. The front desk just nodded and said nothing. Actually, I just want to see how to respond. This is what members at Atour did before. Just respond casually. Too dull, a bit unexpected😅 Then the water glasses in the lobby were not removed after drinking. One of the glasses in the picture belonged to us, and the rest belonged to others before. We were the only ones in the seats. The New Year's Eve celebrations don't stop until 2:30. Each change is like setting off firecrackers, which affects sleep. The old man didn't go to bed until three o'clock. Later, after checking out, the hotel paid a return visit. The old man mentioned this point, but then there was no response. It was just a joke 😂😂 The cleaning staff threw away the hotel toothpaste and toothbrush that we had only used for one day (the toothpaste was actually not used yet, just took it out and put it aside) and replenished it with new ones. But now the common practice is to replenish rather than throw away the old ones, leaving it up to the customer to decide. This is not very environmentally friendly. Checking in, checking out, and storing luggage were pretty smooth. no problem. You need to scan the Alipay code to issue an invoice. For other hotels, you can open it directly if you have check-in information. This can be simplified. Anyway, we originally considered getting a membership before we moved in. We thought it was okay for the first few hours after we checked in, but then gave up the idea.

We chose this hotel as it was near a lot of eateries. As expected, this is a fuss-free hotel with all the basic amenities that one needs for a smooth travel. Room size was generous, toilet was spacious and towels were clean. The hotel is situated directly above a wet market, so do ask for a high floor in order not to hear the pounding sounds of the butcher's knife.

I often stayed at Haifeng Boutique before. I tried staying here now and it feels pretty good. I just haven't had breakfast here. The front desk didn't tell me about breakfast. I've been here for 6 days.

Facilities: The hotel seems to be a bit old, but the interior has been renovated and upgraded, and the room space is quite large. The soundproofing of the room will be poor. Guests checking in at night can hear the sound clearly. If a motorcycle passes by outside the window, the sound will be very obvious. Hygiene: Generally speaking, I am satisfied. Some small details are not done well. Environment: The surrounding area is quite lively. You can go to various attractions or eat delicious food in just ten minutes on a motorcycle. Service: I stayed here for three days, and every day I found that my aunt had left something missing before the meeting, or forgot to put something away that day, but it was not very important. On the day of the Mid-Autumn Festival, I was given Chaozhou-style mooncakes, which was also a small surprise. Overall, the service is not too enthusiastic, but they do their job normally. If you don’t mind something a bit old-fashioned, you can choose this one.

Shantou Marriott Hotel is located near the estuary of the Rongjiang Coast in Shantou, with convenient transportation. The hotel faces the Rongjiang River, with the same color as the sea and sky, and beautiful scenery. When the weather is fine, you can also enjoy the beautiful sunset setting from the river; there are also wetland parks nearby. The amusement park and Mayu Island are also nearby. The hotel will open in 2023, and the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The hygiene and environment are great. The staff are friendly and kind, especially the little girl Yeli at the front desk. She is very considerate. When she learned that it was our first time in Shantou, she took the initiative to provide us with travel tips and made us feel at home. During my stay in Chaoshan, I stayed for another night.

The waiters at the hotel front desk and restaurant are very polite, smiling and friendly. The facilities are just average, nothing special. There are not many kinds of food for breakfast, but the taste is okay. The surrounding environment of the hotel is quiet and the location is good, not far from a small park. The room was tidy. Although the toilet seat in the bathroom is a bit narrow, it is still acceptable.
