Rooms are large and clean. There are many power outlets. And the lights are easily controlled. The hotel is large but the elevators and breakfast never felt congested. The hotel is about 20 minutes by car from the Shantou train station and about 10 minutes by car from the old town. The MixC and another mall are within close walking distance. I could not open the bathtub drain for some reason.

The reason why I gave 5⭐ good reviews is entirely because a male staff member at the front desk of your hotel encountered a drunken guest who harassed me while I was washing clothes in the laundry room on the second night of our stay. I hope your hotel can improve on this. Security, for example, a security guard must be hired every night to protect the safety of residents and female staff.
