Facilities are top-notch. I love the view from my room which consists of both the city and the sea. Comparing this hotel with another that is closer to the midsection of Er Malu, the Vienna offers a better view and quieter surroundings.

陪老人家回鄉探親，酒店就在親人家對面，每次回去必訂的，酒店房間乾淨舒適，老人家很滿意，不過價格較貴，不敢多住

地點非常之好，特登訂咗客房望海好靚，廁所衝刺壞咗打電話落去好快有人上嚟維修，服務人員也很Nice，仲可以延遲check out到下午兩點

酒店地理位置非常好，離二馬路很近，出行很方便！但房間裏面有小蟲子，第一晚睡醒 發現腳上被咬了4個小包！希望以後改進……還有就是酒店wifi不好 電視看到一半經常沒有網絡 畫面停擺在那裡5～20分鐘 然後突然又好了

酒店所在的大樓非常氣派，所在的地段也是非常之好，到二馬路美食街，或是到附近的信利廣場就餐，都有很多的美食可挑選。衹是酒店在服務方面，感覺還不夠靈活。我們定的房間有一份早餐，與酒店商量我們續住一天，能否將早餐券換在同一天，被告知不可以！説早餐是承包出去的。我感覺到很奇怪，這麼小的一個要求都無法滿足客人嗎？我並沒有佔酒店一分便宜，衹是調換一下都不能做到嗎？希望酒店能多為客人着想，儘量做到服務再進一步。

汕尾最美酒店不為過，一開門窗簾自動打開，放眼望去就是妥妥的海景，以後來就住這裏了。
房間夠大，裝飾也很新！退房簡單，開發票也很速度，前台服務非常不錯。
