It’s an old refurbished hotel with huge bedroom but it looked good outside while the amenities were below par. Hot water didn’t run properly

標四星的酒店，客人入住前的基礎設施都沒有檢查，小盆友坐在茶几邊站起來碰到這個茶几的邊把腿刮成這樣，刮到第一時間致電前台要求送消毒水，前台答覆可以，但是一直沒處理，太氣憤一早果斷退房，説這個問題，還説我們沒有打電話，後來把打電話時間跟接電話是男生都説出來了，反而説接電話的是剛來的，不太瞭解怎麼處理，等了十來分鐘經理來了衹説他們員工培訓有問題，真的好笑把我孩子刮成這樣還在推諉，而不是説問道歉或是帶孩子去看，在攜程訂到的最差勁的酒店，沒有之一

過年帶母親孩子回來過年，因為酒店離大姨家很近，所以選擇邦盛酒店。入住體驗很差，下雨酒店大堂前的門口頂棚漏雨，瓷磚一直濕，很滑。步入大堂要十分小心，整個大堂燈光比較暗，因為裝修也有年頭了，顯得整個酒店沉悶、老氣。沒有服務人員協助拉行李，等我離店了都不是很清楚大堂服務小哥到底着什麼服裝。反正大堂服務人員很少。房間面積算大，雙床房是兩張1.5米床，也夠大。但房內衞生實在不敢恭維，地毯上的污漬隨處可見，馬桶內的老垢能看見。每天兩瓶礦泉水，問服務人員要水，他們説最多再給兩瓶。下雨問大堂借傘，要交50按金。離店交房卡，一張房卡沒找到，前台小姐姐表示一張要扣50元哦。

8月30號晚上，乾淨，整潔，洗浴間乾濕分離，浴盆大，剛好回去泡一個澡，輕鬆一下。專用拖鞋，舒適，防滑。電腦不能正常使用，有點遺憾。

那天一共開了四間房，有一間晚上朋友去的時候搞了很久才開到房，説我們把房卡拿了（其實沒有拿）。另外的一間房，退房後非説我朋友們拿了他們一個衣架，真的無語了，我們到處翻了沒翻出來，誰會拿你一個衣架……後面因為那天很忙，他們一直打電話，最後讓他們扣了三十塊錢……
