前台服務人員很有禮貌，回答都很耐心，酒店設施很新，科技感較強，停車方便，到魯迅故里，沈園步行十分鐘左右。早餐很豐富，一家老小都吃的很好，有洗衣烘乾服務，但是仍然希望房間廁所裏能安裝一條伸縮晾衣繩，這樣方便曬內衣，畢竟內衣褲用公用的烘乾機不太方便

選擇安玥魯迅故里店的理由很簡單，就是因為它就在魯迅故裡邊上非常的方便。真的，出門走上15分鐘就能到故里了。神奇的是離陸遊唐婉相遇的沈園也很近，穿過一條古老的隱蔽的小巷就能到。酒店停車方便，停車場邊上有很多飯店不用走遠就能體驗當地美食，當然如果想去孔乙己，尋寶記或者咸亨酒家的話，出門打車都很方便便捷。酒店還貼心地為入住的每一位客人準備了紹興的土特產作為伴手禮。最後，在自助餐裏面我還成功地被安利了一款超級好吃的鹹菜—菜花梗
交通便捷，環境很好，衞生乾淨，性價比超級高

🚗 交通：酒店在魯迅故里旁邊，有停車場
🧹衞生：不錯
🍃環境：挺好的，院子有點亂，不過我也不去
🔔服務：挺好的，熱情
床很大，唯一的缺點就是房間內沒有放行李箱的地方，打開箱子衹能放在沙發上。房間門口房頂上有一個設備，燈一直在閃，到了晚上很刺眼，影響入睡

首先，給酒店服務態度點贊。從辦理入住到客房打掃阿姨的服務態度都熱情，特別是辦理入住時前台小哥哥貼心的問“喜歡住高點還是低一點”，小哥哥這句話值得點贊。入住後步入房間眼前一亮，房間乾淨明亮，衞生間內的馬桶蓋是智能的，還有一次性的馬桶圈紙，沖淋房的水沒有因為樓層高而小，水大而急。房間裏有冷藏櫃，內有礦泉水和飲料。再有，酒店就在沈園對面，從對面學校旁邊的弄堂穿行到沈園大門口衹要三，四分鐘的路程，到魯迅故里10分鐘，叫出租到倉橋直街是一個起步價10元。下次到紹興還會選擇安玥入住。

跟父母一起住，定了一個套間，相互休息不影響，房間設施很不錯，還有智能馬桶，晚上比較安靜（早上臨街馬路的這邊聽見一點車聲音），早餐比較豐富，小冰箱還有免費的飲料🥤和瓶裝水提供，前台還有柚子茶隨意喝，大堂的牆上掛了好多旅遊景點小卡片，給大家提供方便的交通提示，很棒👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

是有些小驚喜在！51假期人流高峯沒想到酒店服務質量那麼好，特別是前台小蘭小姐姐，對於我們碰到的問題及時處理解決，一點不含糊！因為假期酒店還特別附送了地方特產，特別暖心的！早餐和衞生都很滿意！地理位置又很優越，離沈園和魯迅故居都很近，酒店性價比相當高👍

訂的標間，前台人員見帶着孩子，給免費升級成了親子間，非常棒！安靜、空調給力，房間佈局合理！
早餐豐富，有我愛的咖啡、還有孩子的點心！

酒店位置最適合到紹興自駕遊的旅客，後院有巨大的停車場，除了晚間飯點車位緊張，其它時間都有大量空位。酒店對面就是著名的沈園，步行十分鐘可到魯迅故居或八字橋老街區。酒店前台和樓層服務員都很禮貌客氣，房間裏設施齊備有免費的汽水和小食，住了兩天各方面都感覺舒適、滿意。
