The hotel is newly opened, but the service cannot keep up. The front desk said that breakfast is available at 11 o'clock, but it is actually not available at 10:30. The service staff also lacks a solution attitude.

非週末酒店安排升級了房間，房間設施很好，有喜馬拉雅鹽燈，很多種類的枕頭（選了常用的乳膠枕），管家曉婷很貼心送了小甜點和泡好的養生茶，很是貼心。酒店環境很幽靜，景色很美，有幾棵櫻花樹正在盛放中。套餐裏送了旅拍，攝影師小李很友好也很專業，對我這個沒有拍照經驗的人非常有耐心，拍出來的照片很自然很好看。今天早餐是點單模式，中西式的，現點現做味道都很好，擺盤精緻，服務也很好。非常滿意的一次住宿體驗

藝境酒店超有意境！深深被酒店環境所折服！是適合發呆放空的度假好去處！衹可惜因為工作關係沒能盡情享受這難得的靜謐之美，希望能有機會再次入住！修勾也很享受這大片翠綠草坪 寵物友好的執行到位也是讓人很滿意了

這次入住體驗非常滿意！酒店的服務態度超級好，員工們始終保持着親切的微笑，酒店儘量滿足客人的需求，給予交通便利。房間內的設施非常齊全，乾淨整潔，生活用品一應俱全。入住期間真的感覺太舒適了。早餐有中式和西餐任意選擇，特別是主管麗麗非常貼心，讓人感受到令人舒心的服務，酒店提供免費拍照服務，清野旅拍的小李，把我們帶入酒店的最佳拍攝景點，他拍攝技術精湛，下次去紹興玩，我們會依舊選擇帥哥小李！

酒店環境一流，風景宜人，藝術人文氣息特別濃厚。房間寬大且床品舒適。服務人員態度非常好，尤其是專屬管家思雨，從出行前就企業微信來聯繫，想客人所想，急客人所急。以後來紹興必須住這家藝術酒店，也會像朋友們推薦！

沒想到此行最大的驚喜是餐廳。 本人親子出行，對這種小眾有調性的酒店本來不報太大期望。衹是五一期間不喜歡到處鬧哄哄的環境，確實酒店做到了，整個氛圍很好。 但是每天保温瓶裏的晚安茶和小點心很美味。餐廳也是很合我胃口，海鮮河鮮料理得十分驚艷，比一些網紅店強很多。 缺點就是這種小眾奢牌普遍有的，一些服務瑕疵。 瑕不掩瑜，五星給我的味蕾。

51紹興遊的第一個酒店，提前一個月就預訂了，希望安排高區安靜的房間，到酒店説升級了房間，進房間發現是最靠近馬路一個房間，和前台溝通希望換回原房型庭院景的房間，在酒店吃完飯後前台betty陪我們去看了一下庭院景的房間，竟然看出去就是正對一面牆，關鍵還指着邊上那條縫説能看到院景。還説因為我們定了兩晚所以不方便調換之類的，這樣的服務也衹能無語了。無奈回房間一段時間後betty又打來電話説又幫我們申請換一個房間了，此時太太已經把行李箱的東西都拿出來了，不想再換了，也對酒店的服務不再信任了，真是壞了出遊的心情。 另外吐槽幾點，1，房間略有味道，而且隔音不好，2，小瓶礦泉水衹能再多給兩瓶，3，酒店位置不好，在一條主幹道邊上，4，第二天晚上有個草地派對，帶ktv的那種，大叔們大喊大叫，吵的不行。 當然slh的酒店，房間裝修風格，酒店公共區域Q的設計， 園林綠植都還是值得肯定的。 附圖寫了意見卡，希望酒店能提高服務水平和意識吧。
