Everything was exactly as i expected. The room was clean and spacious with excellent features. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. It is a great place to stay at.

來邵陽玩，在網上搜尋看到了長城酒店，評論很好，就選擇了這家酒店，住到酒店後果然很不錯。前台的小姐姐很有親和力，一出電梯就有大姐在電梯口迎接我，送我到房間門口，大晚上的讓我有了很強的安全感，很温馨，同時還給我準備了一瓶酸奶，真的很貼心，這是一家有温度的酒店，到酒店裡麪感覺房間比較大，廁所和洗澡室是隔開的，感覺比較乾淨，洗漱台也很大，洗髮水和牙刷都很不錯，很好用，香味獨特，包裝很高檔的感覺，有特色。獨立包裝也衞生一些。晚上睡的很好，床品很舒服，我有點挑床，出門在外，最怕晚上睡不好，但是這家酒店真的不錯，用的東西都很好，又有人文關懷，真的是不錯的選擇！

衹要來邵陽，一切好商量！邵陽的招商廣告讓人感到非常親切。每次到邵陽下榻的就是長城大酒店，對面就是步步高商場。吃飯購物很方便。

總體滿意，住置中心，去甲秀樓打的10元，在市中心，出行方便，自駕好停車。但早餐一般，品種少了一點，另外，服務還是到位，態度也好。不足:電視太小，很多衞視台收不到，也無贈送水果等，我走了三省，住的酒店都贈送。

房間面積是套房的尺寸，bug是窗簾拉不上，有一條大約三十釐米的寬度是沒窗簾的，到大堂找工作人員幫忙處理也沒有結果。1、沒反饋是否處理或協調換房，2、窗簾問題沒解決
值得誇讚的是樓層電梯口有個很和善的阿姨會領房，帶領進房間，送小食和茶，很温柔
