Tivoli Hotel Aqua Park

Nothing works, not even speaking a decent English to the guy at the reception. Aircon is either on or off, no way you can use the thermostat. Bathroom smells like sewer. Breakfast: there are no cups for coffee. Good luck with meals overall. It’s cheap. That’s what you get. Here and there you find nice personnel, like Mahmoud at that pool bar, but he’s an exception. This resort really sucks. Don’t go unless you’re on a budget like I was in that case.

The staff were friendly and helpful, The room was spacious with comfy beds and basic amenities ... The food buffet was good with many live cooking stations and friendly chefs... The location is about 2.5 km away from the old market... The only downside is the lack of free wifi in the rooms...

Basically this hotel is useless , first : * food is 1/10 * They gave us 1 Towel and we were 2 guests in a Double room which is WEIRD * we call the reception more than 5 time in 3 hours to get us Towels and they didn’t !! * Room is very Dirty * in the bathroom you can’t take a clean shower since they didn’t gave you shampoo or any shower giel to wash your body which is weird * In the room you can find the Water heating jug ( electric Kattle ) but they dont gave you any Tea , coffee or even WATER to use it! Is that normal? I mean you call yourself 4 stars you don’t deserve 2 stars even😀 * reception they are not responsible for the flight reservations so the BUS that supposed to wait us in our flight day he choice to leave us in the Hotel and leave for us a message that they called us and no one answered which is fake Flace and not true they did nothing😀 they just skip us and told us to take a taxi instead of waiting them! we were 3 persons .. * in Tivoli aqua Park there a disco part of the hotel (inside ) The security told us if we want to join we have to pay 15$ and this is SCAM because the disco is for free For the visitor at the hotel .. * Water was yelloOOw 🤓 * zero appreciation for any worker there they were very disrespectful and not matured even instead of helping us they just chose to scam us !! * electricity and the AC not good . * Rooms aren’t prepared was to sleep in ! Sorry if I disappointed you but thats out experience and we will never come back for sure for this useless HOTEL

Bad experience ever Bad food Unpro staff all over the hotel Old rooms with dirtiness overloaded I dnt recommend it at all Plus its location is like u r in the desert It s 2 stars hotel maximum We really regret our stay at this location But hamdulla we are leaving tomorrow

The staff are very friendly, nice and helpful. The beach is very clean and really beautiful. Everything was really good except for food which needs improvement. They have a big swimming pool with bar, Jacuzzi, and another waterpark. The rooms are spacious.

food its too bad always same food and without anything always we dont have anything in the room water,nescafe, and anything else i booked this travel in tivoli all inclusive but if i need water i will pay and anything else the all inclusive its just a word bad service bad bartender thanks for the animation (turky) he makes all things easier for the guest (activities and all thing and in a good price) yesterday we dont have towel in hotel they have a bad delicious and always same food all day i paid for the hotel all inclusive but i only do one thing in hotel is to sleep no more

Employee's English is quite bad, but not very terrible. Most of them like to speak Russian and visitors also mostly Russians. We had all in package. Food was quite good, always found something to eat. Drinks on the other hand were a disaster. We liked to drink gin and tonic. Almost every time was bar out of gin or tonic. We sometime went to store and bought tonic ourselves, but on third day we gave up and buy all our drinks by ourselves from store. Sometimes we went to get other cocktails, but all of these tastes like vodka. In dinner served beer, that was quite good. But we also liked to get wine. Wine we needed to buy, what cost like A LOT (over 5x more expensive than in store). Never trust, when somebody say, that they make good price for you. You can get it at least half cheaper, if you are not willing to pay full price :) Rooms were quite clean, if you take in account that it is Egyptian 4* hotel. And towels and bedsheets were changed every day, no problem with that.

This hotel is nice. Calm atmosphere, friendly staff. The location is good - you can walk to the Old Market and you can get everywhere by taxi for a reasonable price. The room was big enough and clean. And a big plus was the beach, where a bus goes twice a day.

The Tivoli Hotel is excellent in terms of hotel services, entertainment, cultural, and social activities, but they want to improve the restaurant and beverages. They should also address pest control as there are many mosquitoes due to the abundance of trees and natural vegetation. Thank you, Tivoli Animation Team, Tourky
