Coral Sea Aqua Club Resort

Absolutely lovely hotel. Not too big. The staff were all very welcoming and their level of English was superb. There are plenty of pool areas to keep everyone happy. The water park and children’s water park is fab. Ahmed at the main pool looked after us and was always lovely. My son particularly loved the popcorn which he got every day. Mansur and Hamada are lovely and chatty and always smiling. They provided fab quizzes along with the usual darts, water polo and other entertainment. They were available in the evenings at the entertainment too along with an English lady who we tried to speak with but she wasn’t very talkative, she was mainly in the kids club. The ladies dancing show was really good and the quiz put on by the entertainment team was good too but if I ever see another Egyptian man in a spinning skirt I will scream! The evening singers were a lovely addition and we had a dance a few nights. Our room cleaner Talal was lovely. So helpful and his English was fantastic. For some reason he was moved from our floor but whenever he saw us he still called out to us to check we were all good. Our favourite meal was at the American restaurant. The staff were lovely. I had the chicken wings and fajitas and they were beautiful. The soft drinks, coffee and alcohol was lovely, no problems at all. The only let down at this hotel was the food during the day. The snack bar was the worst I have had on and AI holiday. The staff here were not so friendly and the food was dried out. Our room was huge! In block 2 with a swim up pool. We were completely spoilt with fresh fruit on arrival and daily towel art. There was a problem with bugs biting but this was not the hotels fault it was the time of year. Please buy the orange OFF spray and use it frequently. We used Sinai Excursions for any taxis we booked. We travelled to Naama Bay for dinner one evening and ate in Rosas which was lovely. We also ate out at Hard Rock Cafe which was fab. We also took a day trip to Cairo which was unreal. The hotel provided us with a lovely breakfast bag. The hotel are very GOOD at what they do and we have no complaints really just the snackbar needs more variety. We walked a few times to the Sister hotel across the road and down to the beach. My husband and son went snorkelling and saw many fish off the pier. I paddled at the beach and saw many fish there too. We had lunch one day in the buffet there which was nice. Our second visit we went to get a drink at the bar at the entrance to the hotel but we were made to feel very unwelcome by the staff and they commented we were from the other hotel and pointed to our wristbands. We hadn’t asked for anything big just 1 shandy and 2 cokes. They were quite rude about us not having a shandy which was fine by us but we were made to feel uncomfortable so we did not go back. Would we return here, absolutely yes we had a great time 😎😎😎😎

Stayed 2 weeks at this wonderful hotel as a single parent with 3 boys. We had a swim up room (block 2, sunny side) and it was amazing arrived on a late flight, there was a fantastic welcome, we were taken to our room which was so spacious with a really large wardrobe which is a bonus massive, comfortable bed (wish it could have fit in my suitcase ) a lovely sectioned off area for 2 of my boys leading to the small terrace and swim up pool, large bathroom with a walk in, screened shower which had good pressure/heat consistently.... there was also a fruit platter in the room and a full buffet awaiting us in the dining room, which was amazing. The food was fantastic, such a great variety, didn't have any meals that weren't totally amazing and the staff are extremely attentive and friendly, my little son used to follow them round and they were all amazing with them The resort itself was immaculately clean and staff were always cleaning, gardening and doing general maintenance..... my housekeeper, Essam kept our room absolutely sparkling and was so friendly and helpful, working long hours and with a smile on his face The waterpark/slide area kept my son's entertained and we all loved the lazy river. I didn't try the wave pool but our friends said that it was brilliant pirate ship was brilliant, I almost wanted to be a child again to use it main pool, yes there are tiles missing but it didn't impact us in any way whatsoever and my kids used it.... there was activities such as water exercises (not my bag so didn't do any of those ) and my son played water fo we slotball each day and had loads of fun the music was good.... bar staff came around regularly to ask if you wanted a drink which was nice, no queuing..... my kids loved the daily candy floss and popcorn at the pool bar too which was available early afternoon. The staff from management to cleaners were all so nice and they are a credit to the hotel.... too many names to mention, all of the kids favourite was Salah..... I loved all of the staff and think they work so very hard and all with smiling faces, they truly made an already fab holiday magical I've been to quite a few holidays in different destinations and have never wanted to return as I like to discover new people and places but this place, I'd return in a heartbeat.... thank you Coral Sea for an amazing stay... from Michelle, Ashton, Leon and Jenson All trips were booked via Falcon Adventure Excursions next door to the hotel and taxis via Hany Mahmood

Having been to Egypt 6 times I have to say this was yet again a very good experience in a wonderful friendly country. All the bar and waiter stuff couldn’t do enough for you you was never thirsty put it that way, also a massive shout out to Hamda, Oliwia and Amiee for keeping us all entertained throughout our 2 weeks stay they made every effort to get everyone involved in the activities and one of my favs was the daily killer darts 🎯 Amiee you done well keeping my little wild one’s entertained in kids club, they never normally visit the kids clubs on holiday but they wanted to go every day they had a great time, Rosie loved her face paints 😘 thankyou so much we will miss you all lots and hopefully see u again soon. Xxxx

First off don’t listen to the negative reviews. We’ve just returned from 11 nights of excellence. Food is plentiful, weather was superb, in the 30’s every day. All the staff were helpful and polite, choice of pools and slides was awesome. As far as we’re concerned if you write a negative review of this hotel, your expectations are very high, we’ve been to Egypt 15 times, this was our first visit to this hotel and by far it’s been the best of all of them. We will definitely come back, hopefully in September. We were a couple travelling with our 4 year old granddaughter, and she especially enjoyed it. Thanks to all the staff for making this a memorable holiday.

Spent an amazing week at this hotel. All staff were amazing, bar men, restaurant staff, housekeeping and animation. Loved the activities in the day time by the pool. Especially darts. I came with my husband and my 2 children. My youngest loved the kids club with Aimee. She would ask me every morning to visit. There is also evening entertainment which consists of a mini disco and a show. Also a singer on the terrace who stays till late. Was really nice to sit there with a drink. Can’t wait to come back in the summer! Thank you to all staff.

We stayed at coral sea aqua club april 2024 The hotel was very built up and felt like everything was squashed in although the rooms were nice and we had fresh beach towels brought to us every day by the cleaners who we tipped at the end of our stay. The water park is brilliant for kids and adults. The evening entertainment is dire but we were told that the main entertainment kicks off from 1st May so I'd need to revisit after that to get a true idea of whats on offer. The food wasn't great, there is a wide choice but we're just a fussy family so went out of the hotel to eat on a couple of occasions. Arab bucks is cheap and cheerful never had any problems eating there. If your looking for excursions please don't book in the hotel go out onto the main ***** and find "Bob marley" he's is the best tour guide In sharm and can cater to all your needs at a fraction of the price. His details are +201008 884252 and he is also on Instagram as Bob.tours. We will definately return to sharm but would opt for a hotel that isn't coral sea. We've stayed at 2 diffrent coral sea hotels and would love to see whats on offer elsewhere.

We spent 2 weeks here in April and wow! Absolutely incredible hotel. It’s smaller than it looks in photos but I think that’s what made us love it more. All the staff knew us and our son by name and were so lovely every single day. The daily cleaning in the rooms was amazing, absolutely spotless everyday. The food here was a bit repetitive, but after 2 weeks that’s to be expected, that being said it was really good every day! The pools, slides, park etc are incredible, our little boy was never bored. Would also like to special mention Aimee from kids club, she was amazing with the kids, our son was excited to go there on the hotter days when he didn’t want to be in the sun. Aimee was always doing lots of fun games and activities with the kids and they all adored her! Some cons I will say (but didn’t affect the holiday whatsoever) Check in is strange, we had to wait for other families to check in before we could be taken to our room? We got fed up as it was late and our son was exhausted so we requested to be taken to our room straight away, which they did, but then luggage took another 30/40 mins to arrive - quite annoying at 10pm. We had a kids den room, the twin beds for kids are SO high, and not appropriate for kids I’d say. We spent a lot of time moving the beds together and against the wall etc so our 3 year old wouldn’t fall out, a lot of families put a mattress on the floor instead. The hotel is directly under the flight path for planes taking off, this didn’t bother us and our son loved it, but some people may find this annoying. We absolutely loved our stay, and would absolutely come back! Thank you so much!

The resort itself is lovely, the food is not only plentiful but prepared meticulously and presented beautifully! The staff are all wonderful and very friendly, but the stand out staff member has to be Aimee from the Entertainments team. She works incredibly hard to ensure the children under her care have the best time. Thank you for making our trip so relaxing and fun!

Absolutely recommend kids club ! My daughter loved it there and cherished every minute she spent with Aimee. She enjoyed variety of activities during the day, face painting but most importantly Aimee made her feel safe and welcome x Can not be grateful enough as it also given me change to enjoy my holiday without worrying about my little one .
