We booked this a long time ago, thought we ought to just double check as we got on the plane from London to the US, only to find out they'd removed our booking of 3 days just after Christmas and given the room to people who had booked for two weeks. This left us having to book a hotel at over 2x the price given the last minute booking. They did give us our money back but we were out of pocket by over $300. Very bad form.
